Maulana Allah Wasaya Saheb (HA) is an 80 year Senior Deobandi Alim in Pakistan who has spent 50+ Years in Khatm-e-Nubuwaat.

Until 3 weeks ago, he was the ideal Deobandi with a half-century of efforts behind them.

Then Maulana Allah Wasaya Saheb (HA) 12 Volume work "احتسابِ ناصبیت" went viral and Takfeer and disrespect from Deobandi YouTube channels starts flowing

The Khatm-e-Nubuwwat side of Deobandees have jumped in defense of Maulana Allah Wasaya Saheb (HA), the middle of the Deobandees have also jumped into defense and both are saying that "Extremist Takfeeri" Deobandees have hijacked Deobandi way in the name of praise of Akabir and have weaponized "Praise of Sahaba (RA)".

All Anit-Deobandi fractions of Pakistan have also joined the bandwagon in defending Maulana Allah Wasaya Saheb (HA)

Maulana Allah Wasaya Saheb (HA) has issued a simple 3 minute statement saying "I have added nothing in this book but statements of Akabir of Deobandi Ulama..."

Not read this book as it is sold out and there is no pdf.

No idea what the book says and what the issue is.

Anyways, I think this book would have just gone unnoticed if it wasn't because of Iran war.

References like above is why this book is written. The disputes between Sahaba (RA) are in Authentic books of Sunni Muslims and cannot just be wished away...

The correct belief of Ahlus-Sunnah Wal-Jamaah is that:

Sayyiduna Ali (RA) was correct.
Sayyiduna Muwwiyah (RA) was incorrect but he will be rewarded for the error because the mistake was based on Ijtehaad.

May Allah Ta'ala be pleased with all of the Sahaba (RA)

The opposing belief system is that of Khawarij and Nawasib.

Note: Most opposing Deobandi discussions on YouTube have a thumbnail with Mufti Taqi Usmani (HA) for which I have found no evidence until today (October 17, 2026) and thumbnails seems to be misleading...I am not aware of any statement from Mufti Taqi Usmani (HA) on this topic.

I had to struggle to find a video which actually discusses the book instead of Kaafir, Shia, Misguided etc rhetoric and this is the closest civilized discussion...

Comment: It is not clear to me if Mufti Abdul Wahid Saheb has even read the book! The response to the first question is not clear to me, he seems to be saying that he has read the books which are quoted in this book.

In this video, the host is supposed to me a Mediator but he turns into an aggressive opposer of the book, nevertheless the defense of the book is detailed, absolute class act and full of references and evidence.
