Is Azaan over Loud speakers a part of Salah... No.. Salah is complete without a loudspeaker azaan. In India, we misused the facility, majority community was silently waiting to respond, now they got powers and they are troubling muslims. New masjids in majority dominant communities were disallowed by force, this was happening from decades. Reason, masjids in their neighborhood will bring sound pollution and disturb their sleep.
