1) Assalamu alaikum are the qadiri loud zikr the same as the chishti barah tasbeeh ?
2) what does qadiri and chishti mizaaj mean and naqshbandi mizaaj ?

(1) Not the same.
(2) Mizaaj would mean your compatability with the particular Silsilah and it's method of Zikr and purification.

Well I am not a member of a Silsila, although I did get Ijaazah to perform the silent Naqshbandi Zikr. And it was the only silsila I deeply looked into, it was less to do with Mizaaj, more due to the fact there used to be a popular forum called Sunniforum, and many of the members where connected to a Naqshbandi Shaykh. And they heavily hyped up this Silsila.

As for your question if I did decide to join a Silsilah in the future I would perhaps look into others with loud Zikr. And to more research ultimately the goal or intention of joining a Silsilah should be for Islah and to develop a close relationship with ALLAH.
