Disclaimer:

I am not a scholar so I have no right or place to disagree with the religions opinions of scholars, here I am disagreeing with the "political position" of these scholars!

My position on this matter has changed over decades where initially I understood, respected and tolerated this "political opinion" but after reading the opinion of other Ulama and in the light of what is happening to Muslims of India, I strongly reject it.

So you will read my opinions from maybe 15 years ago being very tolerant and regarding this as a "difference of opinion"...

Back to the Topic:

The opinion of Indian Scholars is the Nations are built based on soil (geography) and not religion and this was clearly demarked by Maulana Hussain Ahmed Madani (RA) in his book which was republished by Jamiat in India in 2005 and I quote two paragraphs:

By composite nationalism I mean here ‗nationalism‘, the foundation of which was laid down by Prophet Mohammad (SAAS) in Madina. That is to say, the people of India as Indians, as a nation united (despite religious and cultural diversity), should become one solid nation and should wage war against the alien power that has usurped their natural rights. It is incumbent upon every Indian to fight against such a barbaric regime and throw off the shackles of slavery. It is important not to interfere in another‘s religion – rather all nations (communities) living in India is free to practice their religion, life by its moral values and act according to their religious traditions. While maintaining peace and tranquility, they should propagate their ideology, follow their culture, promote civilization and protect their personal law. Neither should a minority interfere in the personal affairs of other minorities or the majority, nor should the majority strive to assimilate the minority into itself.

Maulana (RA) further writes:

Unlike Hindus and Zoroastrians who completely destroy the dead body, either turning the corpse into ashes by placing upon a pyre and later throwing it into the rivers or by placing it on the Tower of Silence for birds to consume it, only Muslims bury the dead body into graves, Unlike them, even after death, a Muslim remains attached to the Soil. Their graves remain intact. And as per Muslim belief, on the Day of Judgment, it is from these graves that they would be resurrected into yet another life. Though the dead body of Muslims placed beneath the earth also gets partially destroyed, it is from the remaining particles that their new existence would come into being. Thereby, Muslims physical domiciliary to the land would remain till the dooms day

Total and absolute Disagreement:

I say this is non-sense!

My bond is due to La ilaha illallah and my bond is to my Brother in Kanpur (India) whom I have never met because he is a Muslim compared to my non-Muslim neighbor in the same city and country where I happened to be born in.

Error of India Ulama

When the Indian Ulama quote "Madina" as a system for Indian Muslims, they are making a colossal error:

  • Muslims were dominant in Madina and able to enforce laws upon the society.
  • Muslims are subservient and dependent in India and will never be in a position to even demand fair treatment.

The Ulama of India keep getting rich by preaching loyalty to the Nation of India from the pulpits while common Indian Muslims keep getting harmed and killed!

It is only the younger generation of Indian Muslims who after decades of being beat up and hurt is realizing the truth and ditching the Ulama which is clearly visible at the ballot boxes and Indian Government is also realizing that Indian Ulama are no longer effective in their job of keeping the masses subservient to the Hindus!

Put down the Malana cream and try to read and answer.

I will not engage in backbiting, although I have name and data but it is against the sunnah to specifically name names.

You have completely ignored the premise that Nationhood in Islam is based on Islam and not land (or geography) or watan which is what I am challenging! If you follow Islam then Islam totally opposes this nationalistic non-sense!

Secondly, why after 2014?

  • What did the Muslims in Gujarat do in 2002 to deserve to be victims of genocide?
  • What did Muslim of Hyderabad do in 1948?
  • What have Muslims of Kashmir done?

  • You have not answered anything about "Nationalism and its basis" in Islam
  • You have not answered anything about Genocides of Muslims all over India since 1947
  • You have not answered anything Muslims of Madina being dominant and powerful while Muslims of India being powerful and frankly pathetic in India so the examples of Madina don't apply

But to your latest distraction and drug infused hallucination..

When was the property and life of Muslims of India protected in India? Name me the decade? 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s?

and what about in your own words after 2014?

I understand that you are under the influence of drugs.

I owe you a reply to your queries.
But first reply to this:

Since you are a druggie, you will break your promise.

A Muslim is the one who lives by the Qu'raan and Sunnah no matter what happens and no matter whoever promises whatever.

  1. A Muslim does not harm another regardless of religion in his/her surroundings
  2. A Muslim even during battle does not harm civilians or old people or woman or children etc
  3. A Muslim does not harm religious places and people of (other religions)

So whatever the Idol worshipers promised you is irrelevant but on a theoretical basis, a contract (or Promise) in Islam is;

  • A person or Party pledges or Promises to do something
  • The other person or Party pledges to do something in return
  • The actions being pledged or promised by Muslims should not be contrary to Qur'aan and Sunnah

In practice, its a contract which both parties need to abide by in other words:

  • IF Hindus break their Promise, whatever that was
  • THEN Muslims cannot be expected to continue to abide by their Promise, whatever that was

A drug effective mind like yours is made to think that because Muslims are not fulfilling their promise by playing Adhan on loudspeakers their women deserve to be raped!

I want reply to a specific situation, not generic reply.

When a secular non muslim, 80% Hindu majority government guarantees (freedom) right to muslims to practice 100% Islam Completely , in return, how should the muslims respond .

Indian Muslims enjoyed religious freedom from 1947 to 2014 under secular government, in a few cases, they were granted better religious freedom than their neighboring muslim majority countries.

Story of an Indian Shia

I met a man in Makkah who works in the hotel industry and became a friend of mine. He comes from a wealthy family in Mumbai, with relatives who are well known in the Bollywood industry. By his own account, religion played very little role in his upbringing or family life.

His cousin was in Hajj with us and everyone kept coming to our tent to take autographs from him while we were in Ihraam anyways...

He attended a Christian school, later studied at one of India's most prestigious boarding schools, completed an MBA at a top university, and even spent a gap year in Switzerland gaining work experience.

Throughout most of his life, he was largely irreligious. He rarely prayed, enjoyed partying, drank alcohol, and did not actively practice Islam.

After graduating, he applied for a position with a well-known Indian hotel chain. During the interview, conducted in English by a panel of three interviewers, he answered a range of professional questions. Near the end, one interviewer asked whether he was Muslim. When he replied that he was, the interviewer allegedly remarked in Hindi, Yey Pathna Likhna Kiya Hai, App chaku Chalao “What’s the point of all this education? You should be learning to use a knife,” after which the rest of the panel laughed.

He told me that this experience was a turning point. Despite not having been particularly religious, he felt it revealed a prejudice that would limit his opportunities in India. He eventually chose to move to Saudi Arabia, where he later built his career in the hospitality sector.

He left India and this story is from 1990s...

There are good number of muslims in good positions in Indian Space research organisation, Bhabha Atomic center, Indian Institute of Science, IITs, Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra also IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS, public sector industries etc and other prestigious organisations. In multi national companies, equal opportunity is offered to muslims if they are competitive.

It is also true there are teased in many places, but exceptional cases.

The Muslims should respond by not being short sighted which is exactly what the ulema and Muslims of India have been. Just because the kuffar allowed the Muslims to practice deen the Muslims forgot that the Quran has already declared that the kuffar will never be your friends until and unless you become one of them. The Muslims should have had the wisdom and foresight to recognize that this period of "peace" was a smokescreen and bound to blow up in their faces sooner or later and prepared for that scenario.

I ask you a question:

When a secular non muslim, 80% Hindu majority government guarantees (freedom) right to muslims to practice 100% Islam Completely , in return, how should the muslims respond .

1947 to 2014 is a long period.

You say, we must hate them. Do not build good relationships with them. Be suspicious about them.

If this is the mindset of a Muslim candidate, why should a Hindu offer employment to a Muslim. His rejection is justified.
