Brother, what point are you trying to make in the third section of your post, the one titled "Any Washing Machine: Wash clothes twice"?

Are you saying that if we wash the clothes twice, then the act of rinsing/washing will take place 4 times, hence more than three times so even the strictest opinion (of washing 3 times) will be satisfied?

P.S: I understand that one normal wash cycle in a washing machine is sufficient to purify clothes.

I think it just means that 2 washes in any type of washing machine will give it at least 3 rinses.

That's what I thought.

However, adding in one extra rinse to one regular wash, is probably going to be kinder to your clothes than two complete washes. Of course, both these options are only to ensure that the clothes are rinsed a total of 3 times at least.

As Muadh Khan stated, one regular wash is sufficient to achieve purity despite the clothes being rinsed twice only.

Ironically Mufti Ebrahim Desai (HA) issued a fatwa on Askimam today about washing machines. His view is exactly similar to Muadh Khan's view.

Question: Does washing impure clothes in a washing machine render them pure? The washing machines usually fill new water twice during the cycle.

Answer: Washing machines purify Najis (impure) clothing as the water is drained out and refilled until the detergent and impurities are washed away. Hence, the clothes will be pure even though new water is only replaced twice.
