After which he served as a teacher in the university for 16 years and he was considered as one of the best teachers in the university. In 1979, his father, Qari Abdul Haleem, founded the Banuria International University.
Mufti Muhammad Naeem is the author of 7 volumes of Tafsir Ruh-ul-Quran, Sharh Maqamat, Namaz-e-Mudril and other books. Hundreds of people converted to Islam at the hands of Mufti Naeem.
The mourners include two sons Mufti Muhammad Noman Naeem and Mufti Muhammad Farhan Naeem, wife, two daughters, 5 brothers, three sisters and millions of disciples and devotees. Mufti Muhammad Naeem was an active member of the Majlis-e-Shura and Amila of the Federation of Arab Schools in Pakistan. His father, Qari Abdul Haleem, died in 2009 and was buried in the Banuria International Cemetery. Mufti Naeem will also be buried in the same cemetery. The eldest son Maulana Noman Naeem is attached as Vice Principal in Banuria International University while the youngest son Maulana Farhan Naeem also looks after other affairs of the university.
