Saudi Arabia keeps on claiming Moonsighting when the entire world cannot? From New Zealand to California, the whole world keeps on failing to sight the Moon, how come?

First time I have seen "red pill; blue pill" being referenced on an Islamic forum. :)

I choose red since Islam is pretty much inherently red pill, always, and in all matters.

From what I gathered from video moon setting before sunset wouldn't matter as ccd uses imaging. Even though the human eye will never be able to see it, the ccd will pick up the image as moon is physically there which the Saudis will pass as a photo /picture which can be observed

I guess they are not doing this to have universal Eid or they have concern towards ummah that it gets the benefits of Lailatul Qadr or Arafah.

Apologies if this sounds silly but if there are regular two different start dates for a month what happens to the people who observe the ayaamul abeed. I know we live in an age where we don't physically check moon if it's full or sun has set for maghrib but one group must be doin it wrong. There are not 4 days which full moons so one is either starting too early or finshin too late. Can't this be used to show the wrong group the error of their ways

Someone spends 7-8 years in a Darul-uloom studying Shariah and has two choices:

Follow the Moon from two continents away while knowing fully well (and acknowledging) that there is no sighting for 9 months.
Follow the Moon (locally) OR from nearest Muslim country and categorically know that this is in place

Do you honestly think that "Ulama and Muftees" really cannot tell the difference between these two choices?

And this is why we need to have a unified moon sighting committee for UK, Europe and Africa, everyone who shares the same horizon.

Otherwise, we could end up with 2 Eids in the UK with both claiming to have or have not sighted the moon and each could be correct as per their sighting as mentioned in the Hadith.

But we can't abandon shariah for such unity. If one group sees it, the other should accept it on the basis of its possibility and their criteria and all should be passed by a Qadhi for a unilateral decision. Wallahu alum

Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs has stressed that guarantee period is 10 Gregorian years, beginning on the date the mandatory insurance policy on hidden flaws, comes into effect, after issuing occupancy certificate for the building.

Will the news bring hope to solve "Cesarean Moon birth" issue.
