I have witnessed oppression on sub-continent zaireen right in front of Raudah door. We are helpless; "give the other cheek" is followed. Is Right to information (RTI) followed by Hazrat Umar RA available in Muslim countries.

English Explanation: What this gentleman is saying is that Intelligence agencies are monitoring forums so in order to thwart their operation whenever he wants to talk about "Jihad" he spells the letters in Arabic individually as "J-I-H-A-D" in other words if intelligence agencies are monitoring for a word called "Book", their entire operation will fall apart if you spell it as "B O O K".

If he wants to be extra clever he uses a code word and write it as J@ihad and now the Intelligence agencies are absolutely fooled and confused and the whole operation falls apart.

He is saying that he has been advised to do so by "Professor Maripat Saheb"

Situation is the same for we Indian Muslims in India.

When anyone searched Jihad then posts that exclusively use G!h@d will not come in the search.

The closest we came to attention was on SF where a thread on battle for India, think of the Urdu or Arabic name, was discussed. Brother mh13688 (I remember the exact number in his name) got so scared that he was doing random ant-Daish posts here at MS for sometime. By that time SF has near disappeared.
