Crime & Punisment

When someone commits a crime, only they should pay for their crime.
You can't have an overarching penalty, letting everyone with the excuse, "X paid the penance so I am free to commit crime"

This is basic common sense and Islam adheres to it.

ONLY I can be punished for my crimes
NOBODY died or will pay for my Crimes

Adam (AS) vs Jesus (AS)

If Jesus (AS) is the son of God because he had no father then Adam (AS) should be the older brother because he had no father or mother!
