I think he has the momentum to get Trump out of the White House, and that is the most important thing in this election.
I hope Biden picks a good running mate that would make for a good President just in case he's not able to complete his term.
Four years from now, it will be a totally different race, hopefully, with good candidates on both sides.

Uncle Joe's VP?

Biden has deteriorated to such an extent that there is a real possibility that he may not even finish the first term so VP is important, not in any order but what your thoughts?

Kamala Harris: Yes, she is a woman and a minority but California is in the bag so what does Joe gain
Stacey Abrams: Biden needs Georgia so excellent choice
Beto: Safe choice and he can be the gun slinger for Biden
Pete: I am not impressed by this guy so not sure what he brings to the table?
Warren: Biden hates her but she will help bring the Progressives to the ticket...They got bad blood between them
Booker: Not impressed and doesn't bring anything
Duval: I know that he is Obama's favourite but I don't know what Obama sees in him...
A Republican: If anyone can pull this, it can be a Biden...Is there a real Southern NeverTrumper around?

And no i don't think the voting is literally rigged, but the whole political system is, but isn't it always by those in power (media, large cooperations, financial markets etc.) irrespective of their political leanings.

The biggest problem with Sanders is he's just too far to the left to even gain support from his own party. Russia and Trump both wanted him to be the Democratic candidate, simply because Trump would wipe the floor with him.

Trump's election is really an aberration. He got elected simply because more people hated his opponent and were willing to gamble on him. Since then, he's established himself as being too far to the right. I don't believe he represents the majority of Americans.

Trump wields power over the Republican elected officials through fear. Many simply lack the guts to go against him, and in doing so have abandoned their duty to the people. The US is currently in a very sad state of affairs.

Sanders and Trump both have a fan base that borders on worship, imo. A very strange turn of events for the US.

Hopefully, by getting a moderate into the White House, the situation will start to normalize.

I've been wondering lately.
It's actually quite plausible that Biden could select Klobuchar as a VP. Now that he's announced it will be a female VP.

If he selects her as a VP, it could be a result of not only their similarities on views, but also selecting a former opponent. That has quite a bit of precedence in US politics.

I'm really interested in who he will pick. He's previously said he won't announce a choice until he's selected as the Democratic candidate though.
