Bismillah.

It has come to my attention two particular well-established Shadhili "shaykhs" are frauds, all of this coming from their own long-term murid/muqaddams.

Many of you may have heard about this already but fearful of speaking up...

Please find below an affidavit in regards to this American shaykh complete with proof.

docdro.id/J5nDLtR

And another document on a Moroccan shaykh from another long term murid. Many have left the shaykh, some have left Islam already.

When you allow people to exploit you, they certainly will...

The message of Din is simple and clear. It leaves no room for such manipulations. Why then, we get trapped by such people ? Allah swt have given us eyes to see and minds to think. If we don’t use them, the problem is with us...

103 and 107 pages in the two submissions.

I shall appreciate if Dawud or someone else can present a summary. Let us digest the info and move on.

Summary:

Age old problem, money and women. Two things that half baked or less so called peers succumb to, like all the time. They never took the love of duniya out to begin with, then compounded that by breaking the limits set out by shariah, and hence we get the results.

Salaam

The situation has become such that well known, respected shaikhs/peers/ulama have been adequately exposed as being detrimental to the faith and akhirah of the general muslim masses who know not better.

Many innocent Muslims in their pursuit to please Allah and live a life on the sunnah have spent their health, wealth, and time and made sacrifices including sacrificing their needs and the needs of their family to serve shaikhs/peers/ulama in the belief that such people have a nearness to Allah and through them they will also attain nearness to Allah.

To protect such people and to make sure they are not duped by charlatans the muslim community should demand transparency from such shaikhs/peers/ulama. Only those who have something to hide need to worry. Those who are actually what they claim they are, i.e representatives of Allah and His Rasool (saw) on this earth have nothing to worry about.

Muslims should be educated about the boundaries of shariah when it comes to spending time and money in the service of ulama and mashaikh and the rights of others such as parents, siblings, wife and kids on that time and money.

I'm sorry to be a buzzkill here but according to the innocent victims, these "ulama and mashaikh" are "experts" in what the innocent are looking for.

Were you not the one to reject evidences on certain things completely because it wasn't from an "expert" according to you? To me for example, even for arguments sake let's say I feel the "experts" who you took certain beliefs from are frauds, I'm talking about key people, in that case what's the difference between you taking expert advice from frauds compared to these innocent Muslims taking expert advice from sheikh/peer frauds?

If they should be educated, shouldn't you also on the other subjects you rejected? Who decides who gets educated? Who decides who educates them?

The solution you're posting is assuming the victims will accept your educator. In most cases, these victims are staunch believers in these peer babas and just like how no amounts of evidence changes the minds of those who have deeply rooted beliefs in a certain thing like flat earth, moon landing, UFO's, multiverse or dinosaurs, in the same way no amounts of evidence will change the minds of these victims who believe these mulla peers can do miracles.

So how do you educate someone who has already made their mind up about what's right and wrong? Moreover, why would they take your advice and education if you're not an expert whereas these so called "ulama and mashaikh" according to them are experts?

This is of no use to me and many readers of the forum

This Chinese script is more valuable than the Urdu you have posted, but of what benefit is it to anyone who can't read it?
And in it contains better guidance than your post!
