इस बात में मुझे तनिक भी शक नहीं उस दौर के मुसलमानों के मुक़ाबले आज के मुसलमानों का ईमान सैकड़ों गुना कमज़ोर हो चुका है लेकिन तारीख़ के सबसे कमज़ोर मुसलमानों को भी पस्त करने के लिए यहूद-ओ-नस़ारा ने अपनी पूरी त़ाक़त झोंक दी है , आर्थिक सामाजिक राजनीतिक और कूटनीति के तमाम दांव चलने के बाद भी आज कुफ़्र इस मक़ाम पर खड़ा है कि...उसे सीरिया फिलिस्तीन इराक़ यमन अफग़ानिस्तान कहीं भी सुकून की सांस मयस्सर नहीं...फितरी तौर पर अमन पसंद हिंदुस्तानी मुसलमानों को ज़ेर करने के लिए उसे पड़ोसी मुल्कों में अपने एजेंट बिठाने पड़े , दुनिया की तमाम मीडिया हाउसेज़ को सोने के सिक्कों में तौलना पड़ा...इसके बावजूद सेकुलर्ज़्मि का लिबादा ओढ़ना उनकी मजबूरी बना हुआ है...तब जाकर यह बिन-महार ऊंट क़ाबू में आया लेकिन कब तक क़ाबू में रहेगा , चिंता की लकीरें उनके चेहरे पर साफ़ पढ़ी जा सकती हैं...और उनकी यही चिंता हमारे ह़ौसलों को मज़बूत करने के लिए काफी है...

Dear Indian Muslims, Many have been protesting and opposing the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and National Register of Citizens (NRC) but majority of the people are still unaware that how dangerously CAA/NRC is going to impact a large number of Muslims in India.

So here is a short primer for those who do not understand the relationship between NRC and CAB, which must be carefully understood and spread among everyone.

BOTH CAA/NRC, documents are verbatim expressions from Golwalkar's (2nd RSS chief) writings. Golwalkar wanted Muslims to be reduced to the status of slavery (Second Citizens).

NRC first segregates those who cannot prove citizenship back to decades. No, Aadhar, Voter ID, ration card do not help you. So the poor, illiterate and many others, including Hindus, will get excluded from the National Register of Citizens and will be declared illegal residents.

CAA then comes into play and allows all except Muslims, to come into the citizenship fold. All non-Muslims who were excluded in the NRC, will be embraced in the CAA.

NRC is useless without CAA. And CAA is useless without NRC. Now since CAA has been implemented, Nationwide NRC will also be implemented soon.

Many Muslims might be feeling safe who think they might pass the NRC test and might not have a concern for their fellow Muslims, these Muslims must also know that Journalist Rohini Mohan analysed more than 500 judgments in one district in Assam (Where NRC was conducted and over 4 lakh Muslims have been declared foreigners and many have already been put in detention centers) and she found more Muslims had been declared foreigners where 78% of the orders were delivered without proper investigation and without the accused being ever heard.

Now what if the same pattern is followed in the entire country as officials and judges who will act as a authority are appointed and not elected? There is a possibility that a large number of Muslims will be declared foreigners, only the Educated, Wealthy, Influential might have the resources to get things right if there arise any problems with regards to their NRC test. Also to avoid hue and cry, NRC will be gradually carried out state-wise so that Muslims do not feel the impact at once.

If you still don't see this strategy to disenfranchise Muslims and convert India into a Complete Hindu Nation, you are probably part of the gangrene India has to excise asap as with clear evidence of 600 years Babri Masjid did not get justice, do you think just few years of documents will make you Indian Citizens?

So Muslims in India have only two choices, First Choice is Muslims can prepare themselves to lead a life of slavery, get their documents ready and gamble, turn a blind eye to those fellow Muslims who might be declared foreigners and will be shifted to detention camps.

The Second Choice is all the Muslim Political Parties, Jamaths, Organizations, Leaders, Ulema and common public must Unite, Stand up and Boycott CAA/NRC along with our Secular and Liberal Hindu brothers. Show resistance, Collectively refuse to submit their documents and must remind the authorities that no one has any right to disrupt the fundamental values of this secular nation and citizenship should not be granted on the basis of religion.

It's time that we make a Choice, Remember that Tyrants and Oppressors used to tremble upon Muslims Faith. It's time to Strengthen your Faith.

Whilst codemning those who stand up for the rights of muslims for excerbating the problem.

(7) The governments of those Muslim countries that have the economic muscle and power to take a stand that is the Gulf states. Being complicit in the oppression.

But if we spread the message among all the Muslims to completely avoid giving any documents related to NRC/CAB will it help to save the vulnerable Muslims among us? How to remove those Muslims who are already in detention centres in Assam? Will any legal action help them to be relieved? Without losing much hope, in shaa Allah if we all work together, maybe we can do something.

Where could you detain 200 million people or deport 200 million people.

The chances of muslims uniting on one singular platform are unlikley. The reason for this I have presented above.

Plus the BJP could simply decide to incite Hindu mobs to go on the rampage across the country. Attacking muslims. And blame the muslims as being the agitators as they did in Gujarat.

If the entire Muslim population avoids the submission of documents, they might pressurise making it compulsory for employment like how how PAN number is compulsory. In such a case, even those Muslims who are earning fair enough will lose jobs and cannot survive. How feasible is this and how to tackle this?

Don’t expect too much from madaris and uluma, some of them may be helpful, but most are simply not capable or equipped enough to formulate a response. It must be difficult for them to come out of a particular ‘mindset’ developed over centuries.

The Muslim students of ‘Aligarh’ have the strength, abilities and the means to guide the Indian muslims, just like they did so in ‘pakistan movement’. It is indeed a religious issue but it is also a ‘human’ issue. The fate of 200 million people is at stake. They are being persecuted, their basic human rights are snatched away from them by a fascist majority, their future is unpredictable, and ultimately the entire world will have to face the consequences in terms of massive numbers of ‘refugees’ who have no country of their own, if they are somehow forced to be displaced.

The economic cost of all this unrest, if it is sustained, will be enormous, and the Indian union will not be able to bear it. The economy will crumble without foreign investment (the investors don’t like instability). Such huge countries as India, develop tendencies to ‘break up’ when economy goes weak. India was not ‘one’ geopolitical entity before Muslim/ british rule and Hinduism can hardly be called one ‘single’ religion. A common Indian should be made to realise that India can survive as a state ‘only’ if it is strictly ‘secular’.

Only those who knows how to use modern tools of ‘opinion making‘ can do the job, the modern educated youth. The political movement on the grounds of ‘human rights’ for minorities must continue. This is the language the world understands well. If it is projected as ‘Muslim bashing’ by Hindus, the world would rather welcome it :(
