That's why I am asking him how Gujarati's use these terms and what they intend by it.

In the past some of them in the uk used to be scared of black people in general.

What about it? When people say kariya lokho or goriya lokho its almost always said in a derogatory manner with racist undertones unless its said in jest. Its like saying those gujjus are such and such or those pakla are such and such.

He should be lashed. It's outrageous and I completely disapprove it. What will he say when he will see Sayyidina BIlal RA holding the rope of Prophet's SAWS camel and setting foot in his Jannah first. Islam is for everyone and he is the ummati of a GLOBAL PROPHET SAWS. Shame on him and I am disappointed with his upbringing.

Andrew Gale was given 2-4 match ban for kolpak slur to South African ashwell Prince in county cricket.

Sarfaraz wont get more 3 match ban.

Blessing in disguise for Pakistan though.

Statement of (Hafiz) Sarfaraz Ahmed: 23JAN2019

I wish to extend my sincere apologies to any person who may have taken offence from my expression of frustration which was unfortunately caught by the stump mic during yesterday's game against SA. My words were not directed towards anyone in particular and I certainly had no intention of upsetting anyone. I did not even mean for my words to be heard, understood or communicated to the opposing team or the cricket fans. I have in the past and will continue in future to appreciate the camaraderie of my fellow cricketers from across the globe and will always respect and honour them on and off the field.

He has badly worded it. Shouldn't have written " which was unfortunately caught by the stump mic". Now it could be interpreted that he is sorry because he got caught.

Well that's what many do, they make fun at others in for e.g. Urdu / Gujarati while they are in their presence, because they know the others won't understand them.

muslims are without any doubt some of the most disgusting sickest racist's and nationalists people you can ever have the misfortune to meet. ive mentioned this 100s of times before. ayahs and hadith about racism is just mere 'wise words' for us or 'advice' rather than something to act upon. the words barely pass our throats. we can all tell these stories of bilal رضي الله عنه to non muslims to 'prove' how unracist we are but as soon as you say let a black marry your daughter or a black give azaan or lead salah bilal goes out the window.

in all honesty there is no real difference between us and any other community. no country is OPENLY racist or say its their law or culture to be racist.

also among the religious too racism is rift. just look at way muslims treat converts. a white convert is almost worshipped compared to their black counterpart. if tomorrow meghan market and williams wife became muslims we know for a fact the later will get much more attention from the muslims. or if diane abbott convert and someone like yvertte cooper. muslims will be on the mimbar for years talking about how the WHITE became muslim. alhamdulillah two of my heroes and probably among the two best men that have graced this earth in the past 100 years or so Malcolm X and Muhammed Ali were both black, had they been white i wouldnt be surpoised if the muslims would have elevated them to nabuawat or made idols of them

If it is said in a way that you think the other guy is inferior based on his race then of course it's racism. But as most sensible members of the forum know, in the subcontinent (and most if not all of the rest of the world) dark skin is seen as inferior and light skin is seen as superior.

Yes, racism directed towards white people does happen and yes when it does happen it's not usually seen as such a big issue than when it happens to a black person, but there is a very obvious reason for that which I'm sure anyone who hasn't been living under a rock will understand.
