He said that local Hui muslims are not targeted by chinese authorities. Uyghur muslims are targeted.

Chinese communists party targeted them to eradicate their Turkic identity.... their culture, language, custom.

What is the difference between Islamic practices of Hui muslims and Uyghur muslims.
