The borders of Malaysia include land and maritime borders with Brunei, Indonesia and Thailand and shared maritime boundaries with Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam.

Pakistan is surrounded by Iran from the west, China from the northeast, India from the east and southeast, Afghanistan from the northeast and north, and the Arabian Sea from the south.

This is the difference which prevents progress.

If a country is landlocked it can have a detrimental effect economically.
That is not the case they have their own ports and acess to the oceans.

The difference between Pakistan and Malaysia is that the Malays heavily invested in their education l, technology and economy. And Pakistan has been crippled by 70 plus years of corruption, and very little investment in education and industry. It has been a personal thiefdom for the elite.

Get information from a jamaat which visited Malaysia.

Malsiyans are, honest, dedicated, efficient, prompt and punctual.

Their schools and offices open at 6:00 AM, it could be before sunrise, no thefts, no street fights.

That's why world invests in computer chips making to assembly.

And Allah swt has given barakah in palm oil it exports.

Simple lifestyle.

China and India had more mouths to feed but invested heavily in their education systems and manufacturing in the 1970's . In particular the Engineering, manufacturing, technology, and medical fields.

Compare their economies with Pakistan. The fact is the ruling elite have been robbing the country for decades....Whatsmore they have not done much to feed the mouths of their people. The population survives with little state assistance.

Ajeeb situation.
  • There is stability when citizens are occupied with jobs and when they are pushed into competition

  • People invest when there is stability and discipline. Investment bring jobs.

  • How to solve this.

Excerpt:

The words of Hazrat Ibn Mas’ood (radhiyallahu anhu) that, “A people will come who will give fatwas on matters from their personal opinion” precisely fits the “Ulama” of these times who issue fatwas based on their own stupid, man-made logic, and based on their own understanding of the Qur’an and Ahadeeth which conflicts with the ONLY correct understanding of the Qur’an and Ahadeeth – i.e. the understanding of the Salaf-us-Saaliheen as transmitted and upheld by the Fuqaha of all Four Madh-habs for 1400 years.

And, as indicated by the words of Hazrat Ibn Mas’ood (radhiyallahu anhu), the natural consequence of not preventing the breaking of Allah’s sacred Laws is utter destruction. And how can prevention of evil occur if the “Ulama” today are at the forefront of convincing people that such evil transgressions as women’s unnecessary emergence from their homes, are not transgressions at all? Hence, today the whole Ummah is afflicted with such Azaab (Divine Punishment) of Allah which is reflected in numerous Ahadeeth such as the following:

“You people should continue to enjoin people towards righteous deeds and you should continue to prohibit them from wrong-doing (i.e. breaking of Allah’s sacred Laws as clarified by the Salaf-us-Saaliheen and upheld by the Fuqaha for 1400 years). Otherwise, Allah will place in authority over you the worst of people amongst you (e.g. Bashar Assad, Sisi, Modi, etc). Then the most pious [Shaykhs and Buzurghs] amongst you will do Du’a (supplicate to Allah), but their Du’as will not be answered.” [Tabrani, Bazzar, and others]

“…O People! Indeed Allah commands: ‘Enjoin good and prohibit wrong-doing before [a time comes] you will do Du’a to me but I will not answer you, and you will ask me [for something] but I will not give you, and you will seek help from me, but I will not help you.” [Musnad Ahmad, Ibn Majah]

Yet, despite the clarity of the words of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) above, Muslims all over the world decide to come up with their own stupid answers and solutions to the questions:

Why are Muslims all over the world being afflicted with brutal, tyrannical rulers, and other natural disasters???

Why is every Rulership all over the world increasing day by day in their discrimination and oppression of the Muslim communities under them???

How much longer are we going to continue to ignore the words of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) above and come up with such scape-goats and reasons for the Ummah’s current dire situation, which are perfectly designed to soothe our own guilty consciences and deflect blame away from the root-cause of Allah’s Punishment – i.e. our own sinful and unrepentant selves????

This is an interesting analysis by pakistani writer.

What is the reason why democracy is not successful in Pakistan?

1787 is a very important year in the sense that the Constitution of the United States of America was written and enacted in this AD year. Very important and capable people were called from all the states of America and these people worked hard to prepare the constitution when all these delegations. On his way back to his home, Benjamin Franklin was stopped by a woman and asked, Mr. Franklin! What method have you proposed in the Constitution to govern the American people? Monarchy or democracy Benjamin replied Ms. Democracy provided you can protect it. How can democracy be protected in the world? This is the question without understanding the spirit of this type of government. When Pakistan became independent, the Indian subcontinent had a monarchy system before independence. It is also known as neo-demographic system.

Before the arrival of the British, there was the Mughal dynasty, and before the Mughals, there was a reign of sultans in India, and all this time the government was also a monarchy. It was, and until August 14, 1947, the monarchy remained here and this monarchy system was so strong that even after independence, the countries of the subcontinent remained members of the Commonwealth and the first rulers of Pakistan continued to declare loyalty to the British Crown for a long time. The state of disinterest in democracy here was that the constitution of the country was made nine years after the formation of Pakistan. When our independent state remained unconstitutional for nine years and the British-trained bureaucracy continued to run this country and practically even today the bureaucracy is still running this country. This question is asked repeatedly in today's Pakistan. What is the reason why democracy is not successful in Pakistan? Let's take a look inside today's Pakistani democracy. This type of government is called a democratic system in today's world. The interesting thing is that after the French Revolution, there was a strong reaction against the monarchy in all of Europe and because of this hatred, democracy was brought as a system against the monarchy, while in Pakistan, even after gaining independence, we remained loyal to the British crown. Keep filling up. One of the main reasons for the failure of democracy in Pakistan is that we are a monarchical nation, while democracy is the name of a form of government that negates monarchy. We like to think of democracy as a monarchy. With this behavior, democracy fails here. In Europe, before the French Revolution, the religious church had established a religious government of its own compared to the monarchy. The Church had its own religious courts and those courts could punish people for blasphemy by death at will. The king himself was afraid of the religious power of the church and the clergy, while the people were tired of the power and interference of the church. He does not become and neither does he become the president of America, while political parties do not ask for votes in the name of religion, but we do politics in the names of Maulana, Pir, Gadi, Khanqah, Darbar and holy families and ask for votes in the name of religion. This behavior is not acceptable to Western democracy. So we want to run a religious democracy here but fail and will continue to fail in the future because Western democracy can never become a religious democracy.

The third reason for the failure of democracy in our country is personalism because our nation is basically servile and likes to worship a king in the temple of his mind. That is why political parties live here with the name of some personality, that is, the existence of political parties continues as long as their hero and the king of the people lives, when the king is executed, the political party He was also executed. Due to this personalism, monarchy may succeed in Pakistan, but democracy cannot work. The society of Pakistan is an unemployed and unjust society. How can you expect proper use of vote from a voter who is ready to cast his vote for just one meal after being starved of hunger? But apart from these economic constraints there are many other factors which do not allow democracy to succeed in Pakistan. The senior ministers of the political parties do not allow any competent person to come forward who will become a threat to them in the future, so the senior political ministers only bring forward the crooked, sycophantic, ignorant and disciple professional people and in exchange for huge amount of money. By selling tickets, people are forced to vote for big or small evils. A good political leadership cannot emerge from this behavior in Pakistan. In Pakistan, ill-gotten wealth and bureaucracy help maintain the monarchy. Therefore, the future of democracy in this country is not clear and perhaps the future of this country is also like its democracy.

So in a nutshell we should make dua that a military general who has ghayra for the Deen, and deep love for ALLAH and his messenger comes into power.

Otherwise the Pakistan will remain the domain of traitors and collaborators of the colonialists. The Zardaris, the Bhuttos, the Sharifs....

Indeed. That is the only true hope. For there to arise from amongst these very corrupt faujis or from amongst the corrupt politicians who will turn against his own. But even that is a long shot. The chance of someone like that arising from the population of Pakistan doesn't seem like a possibility for a few decades. Such is the moral corruption of our society.

Yesterday I was listening to a talk by scholar.
His view was also the same. He has lost hope from the present population, a new entity only can bring change.
