There is no proof against Maulana Fazlur Rahman. Concluded.

So let us read Quran and Sunnah and see what we get in return for committing this sin. Myself first, rest later.

Similarly fazlur rahman must stop calling IK an yahudi Agent.

Blaming without proof is sin , I respect Moulana Fazlurahman sb because he is first Aalim and its not easy for him to be with Politicians and follow Dean & Sharia , its really difficult .

We like only those Aalims and organization who distant away from politics but sometimes its really required to be in politics to oppose those rules which are against Sharia ( examples issue of LGBT ect ) and Also get support from Government for to run Madrassah etc.

ALLAH KNOWS BEST

True. He should stop calling him an agent but should call him damaad where his three children are raised.

You can understand why people of Pakistan are so disillusioned with the people who call IK a Yahudi agent. On the one hand they say he's a Yahudi agent, on the other hand they are trying to campaign that he is a friend of Taliban. That makes little sense and gives an indication that the people are conspiring against IK.

What about those muslims who reside at place where IK's children live. Are they also damaad?

Before IK joined politics, he was known for his service through Cancer Hospital.

Only patients and their nears and dears can understand this great service. We can feel the depth of dua here. One cancer patient effects a minimum of thousand people.

Regarding corruption, we know what corruptions is , by travelling through hindi belt in India. Both IK and fazlur rahman are not that worse.

Besides what you mention, the kind of place he has gotten in the hearts of people is unfathomable in a society like Pakistan. His enemies tried to label him corrupt, the public rejected that, they tried to label him zaani playboy the public rejected that, they are still trying to label him traitor, public keeps rejecting it. Whereas if the same was done for any other politician people would have no hesitation accepting it without proof. With IK they won't accept it even if there were proof albeit of some past endeavor.

That just brings to mind what elders say that if you are in so and so good standing or position then that means Allah has placed you there due to some sifaat (attributes) of yours that are admirable.

May ALLAH forgive us and guide us and protect us from repeating what we hear without verifying.

May ALLAH forgive and guide the respected Maulana to strive for the benefit of Islam and the muslims.

IK's children live at the Goldschmidt residence, a family of German Jewish descent, known for their success in banking and finance.

I don't know any other Muslims that live with them.

Many others have also set up charitable hospitals including non muslims. That doesn't mean they don't have ulterior motives or are absolved from criticism.

No they don’t.
Jemima owns a house called Kiddington Hall in Oxfordshire. And until 2018 she lived in a house in Chelsea that she and Imran Khan owned together.

Even if they did how is that relevant. They are not involved in politics. The younger of Imran sons graduated with a degree in Islamic Studies from Bristol University.

Besides Khans ex-wife is not a Zionist and is pro-Palestine.

Her father James Goldsmith had a Jewish Father and a Catholic Mother. And was never a practicing Jew.

Jemima herself was raised Anglican Christian by her mother.

Anyways Why does Bilawal Bhutto get a free pass. What Islamic education has he had. Or any of the Zardari children?

What about Maryam Nawaz what Islamic education did she receive at the Catholic Jesus and Mary convent School she was educated in.

So you concluded that IK established the cancer hospital with ulterior motives .

I differ here. I have a positive view about IK.

It is well-known that Imran Khan married into the Goldsmith family very much consciously and intentionally. Maybe he did fall for Jemima romantically but IK is known to have said that being connected to the people who could get him access to the Rothschild family would be extremely beneficial for him. That was good for his political motives then, so he pursued that. That's hardly something you can judge anyone harshly for. More Muslims do such things these days. It didn't harm the interests of Islam in any way at that time and it certainly doesn't now that he seems to have left those days behind him.

It's like his playboy days. It would be unfair to hold that over him till the day he dies. People make mistakes. If Allah can forgive them then what exactly is our standing that we are unable to let go of other people's transgressions.

If he were actively promoting some Zionist agenda, then we would of course call him out on it. But all he's done is bring the issue of Islamophobia to the UN and managed to get a day designated to create awareness on this issue. So we will judge him on his actions of today rather holding him to something that happened years ago.

As Maulana Fazal Ur Rahman was mentioned, I would like to add my two cents.

Had Maulana been involved in any financial corruption, he would definitely have cases opened up against him and been given a tough time, at least in Imran Khan's tenure. I heard that when Musharraf came to power, he said in an interview in response to a question, that he had directed the various government agencies to investigate whether or not Maulana was guilty of corruption, but nothing was found. Just compare this with what the Sharifs and Zardari had to go through over the years. Why not punish Maulana in a similar manner if he was actually guilty?
(keep in mind that Maulana has been opposed to the military establishment since long, they too could have tried to get him in trouble on corruption charges but did not).

I strongly believe that there is no truth to the talk about Maulana being corrupt. Just allegations.

Many people raise the question that what has Maulana done for Islam. One may ask, "Why haven't any Islamic laws been implemented?" etc.

The short answer is. It is quite well known among Ulama and religious circles in Pakistan. That Maulana has a major role in preventing government interference in Madrassa and affairs' of the Ulama. The Ulama do have a great deal of freedom in Pakistan. Maulana is able to leverage his position, resources to achieve this objective.

The fact that his party wins such less seats, it is not really possible to actually effect the legislation process in parliament and introduce Islamic laws etc.

P.S. Agreeing with Maulana on some or all issues is a different discussion. This was just to discuss the allegations against him as well as shed some light on one major thing he has done in his capacity that he has such support among the Ulama.

(this comment is most likely not very well-written as I am quite tired from lack of sleep but just had to write this to get the point across. Not in a mood for debates on this topic, just wanted to share my perspective)
