He is not a Sunnah following Deobandi, just a regulary guy who prays...Wife is extreme hardcore Barelwee with Shirki aspects in Aqeedah...

Imran khan is no saint. He is an ordinary person with deeni inclinations. His past is not like a very pious person. He himself admits : “ Those days I ( Imran) had no Iman”.

Current situation is that he prays salat regularly, his knowledge about Din is very superficial (even otherwise he is not very bright, nor is he a fool)...

He is clean in monitory affairs and he is apparently sincere towards the country.

His determination wins for him,he has proved this point many times...

I hopeful he will make a difference,inshaAllah

There is for sure hype and expectations around him, just liek every president/minister enjoys the firsts weeks he rises to power. Judge him in one year not before.

He has some major problems and two of them are as follows:

  1. He does not have a Parliamentary majority so he has a problem driving his Agenda forwards. He also has no choice but to negotiate and tolerate others
  2. Majority of his cabinet are Parvaiz Musharraf guys, they saw the wind blow and they changed directions. They may be (professionally) competent but it means that they are “Anti-Islam”

He needs to be lot less like "Imran Khan" and more like a Politician at this time and he has shown no capability of that over the years. He only has one gear!

i understand where ur coming from bit isnt his biggest appeal the fact he is NOT a politician? its a bit like trump. whether u love him ( zios and racists) or hate him ( anyone with a brain) you have to admit he is different to the seasoned career politcians even though he shares alot of same traits such as being self serving, two faced, lying hypocrite. so maybe IK shouldnt try being more politician. at end of th day if he is sincere and wanta khair for pakistan, islam and muslims then he should carry on as normal and inshAllah help from Allah will come. politics is such a filthy game and business. i often ask myself would the likee of sahabah and umar رضي الله عنه been successfull if they were leaders today. they were so pure and simple were as leaders today are full off deceit lies fraud. even the non muslim leaders of old had some dignity and morals. i hate to be in position of power in this day and age. only way to get what you want is if u sell ur soul to shaytan and israel

First Overseas Trip: Saudi Arabia

www.alaraby.co.uk/english/news/2018/8/23/imran-khan-to-vi...

My concerns

Imran khan is religious in the sense of justice and equality and he is eager to root out corruption, so is MBS. In terms of practise of Islam they are both Secular and liberal. This will be an important trip to see how MBS and IK kick off, I think that they will get along very well because of mutual interests and commonality.

It is already important that IK has chosen Saudi Arabia as his first trip, it could be influence from his wife OR could be political or financial as Pakistan needs Saudi aid, lets see.

I just saw the title of a report in the famous science journal called Nature about implications of Imran Khan's government about science in Pakistan.

The world watches you!

it seems from various articles on the net that imran khan is a sufi and used to visit his wife even before they married as he considers her some sort of peer?

i think his wife has a lot of influence over him when it comes to his deen and politics.

lol calm down with the IK obession. why the constant posts and speculations. regardless if he is liberal sufi deeni lets just wait and see what he does. even if he makes the country 10% better thats a result.. seriously seems like u want him to turn pak into the madinah during time of umar رضي الله عنه overnight and if not he is a failure. drop these expectations. he was best out of a very bad bunch. be glad scum like musharraf zarfari n sharif didnt get in
