How can the time be wrong, or are they sending tweets from abroad, say USA?

Loading tweetI have a video of the same thing on my Phone which shows the same tweet with the same date/time as being claimed without the twitter verified symbol in the images.
Then there are counter videos which show why the video (above) is fake because of missing tick.
The picture in the image now shows the tick.
Bottom-line, EVEN if the date/time was incorrect what is so unbelievable about twitter Account being run from overseas? I have ran my twitter from 4 different countries when I travel.

There are Muslims who actually believe that twin towers are still standing and every mention on TV deliberately has the towers removed in pictures. There were hundreds of actors used to enact the whole episode.
Not a conspiracy about who was behind the twin tower but that they actually still stand.
No convincing people, I guess.
We cannot believe Imam, Muadhin, chairman and sisters of Didsbury Mosque as all of them may be complicit and working with MI6.
But we can believe random youtube Videos with dubious facts and presentations from random people because they happen to fit our conspirational mind-set

There is a difference between anything can happen and something did happen.
For all your jumping around, you still don’t have answers for not believing Muslims (members of community) but believing random youtube videos.
So the only conclusion is that your mind thinks in a certain manner and you accept evidence based on the path your mind wants you to take.
Of course Intelligence agencies lie, deceive, bend the truth, and spread disinformation but does the possibility PROVE that it did happen?
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
