The fundamental issue at hand is that Saudi Moon Sighting (for a number of reasons) is not fit to be used as a guide for Western countries.
They can do as they please within their own Jurisdiction.
All of these Scholars, Da’ees who get paid by the Saud Government continue to defend and come up with explanations and I understand that they have to justify their VISAS and their stipend.
Saudi Scholars NEVER advocated their Sighting to be used internationally.
That’s all these people have to say i.e. the system is not catered for International usage so develop and use your own Moon Sighting.
