I have found out kefir is halal.
But still not sure about sauerkraut. It is fermented cabbage. So just wondering about the alcohol content of it.

Wa iyyakum, sorry about the lack of clarity.

On a side note, these two foods contain a high amount of probiotics which is important for gut health. It is good to take daily from what i have read, however i would always ask a health professional do my own due diligence before consuming.
