British Government commissioned but independent review is being conducted into usage of Shariah Law in Britain. It is vital that Muslim Scholars, Organisations and Institutions who provide a Shariah council or similar type of Service participate and engage in this review.
Wifaqul Ulama is willing to provide assistance to any well run and registered Shariah council in Britain during the engagement process.
This is your opportunity to put a good case forward to ensure that Muslims in Britain continue to benefit from your Service which is a vital aspect of Islamic Shariah.
If you don’t engage, you would have no right to complain or grievance if the panel publishes its findings without your participation.
