Every Muslim should but why do you think Sayyidina Rasul-ullah (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam) thought, planned and made preparations?

He had no reason to do this according to your logic? He could have taken one day at a time and just relied on Allah Ta'ala.

Assalamu Alaikum

I wonder if it's really necessary to live in Dar al-Harb. Really, is it no where to go? No where at all?

Most of the Muslim countries have beeen sold out to Israel but Islamic laws can be followed freely, unlike the lands of enemies like French ban on niqab and burqa, and other countries where even adhaan isn't allowed to air on loudspeakers.

So Is it really nowhere to go, but really the places that we could go are just less desirable than the places which we want to be in?

Then how was Islam spread? It was not by Muslims moving to Dar Al-Ḥarb, residing amongst the Mushrikin for generations, paying taxes to the enemies of Allah, and becoming members of their society.

As for dawah then why can't someone live in Muslim lands and then do dawah tours to the west, there is no need to live there permanently where the whole system is set up in a way to remove people from Islam and accept secular lifestyle.

W-Salam,

Where do you want 172 million Indian Muslims to make Hijrah to? And who will provide the resources for them to do so?

I wasn't born muslim.....the same as many muslims who now live here in the United kingdom and Europe.....it is because of muslims living in these countries that I was introduced to Islam (by the Will and mercy of Allaah).......

In a ideal world we could all live together as muslims...BUT this is not the case and islaam has AlhamduLillah spread amongst the non muslim countries....

I am forever grateful that Allaah allowed islaam to spread to these countries

Indian Muslims? No I don't want them to go anywhere. I don't believe India belong to Hindues, they snached it away from our Muslim forefathers. Our Indian Muslims should get their country back, kick Hindues out and send them to Ghost Town.

Think about yourself while living in the west if you were denied employment because of your beard, your daughter was forced to be unveiled in university. Your son makes atheist friends, imitates them, turns out to be one of them - What would you do? Nothing at all?

One more question for you - don't you as a man get affected by the fahashi spread everywhere in the west? Not one bit?

I know of a few reverted Muslims who moved to Egypt and Malaysia. But if you're not capable of doing it because of some problems then I understand.

Stay blessed!

(...) With regard to migration from dar al-harb, the fuqaha’ divided people into three categories:

(a) Those who are obliged to migrate: they are those who are able to migrate and who cannot practise their religion openly in dar al-harb. It is obligatory upon a female even if she does not have a mahram, if she thinks she will be safe when travelling, or if the risk of travelling is less than the risk of staying in dar al-harb…

(b) Those who are not obliged to migrate: they are those who are unable to do so, either because of sickness or because they are forced to stay in the kaafir land, or those who are weak, such as woman and children (...)

(c) Those for whom migration is mustahabb but not obligatory: they include those who are able to migrate but are also able to practise their religion openly in dar al-harb. It is mustahabb for such a person to migrate so that he can participate in jihad and increase the numbers of the Muslims (...)

You have dodged the question so lets narrow it down.  Where do you want 8 million American Muslims and 3 Million British Muslims to head to and how will this be funded and resourced?

I understand that a few of your friends may have done it (and I respect their choices), how do you apply this Hukum on 11 million people?

I am deliberately ignoring all others.

I am Pakistani so are you telling me about my country that there is no Fahashi there?

You have dodged the question
No wonder, your brain loves negativity. Anyway, answer to your previous question: India has the freedom of religion.
Quote:

Anywhere in any Muslim land. No funds. When you moved to UK were you get funded or did you do it by yourself? Do all the Muslims moving abroad for better life get funded by any organization? When it comes to deen Muslims should be self-reliant and take the responsibility.
If Muslims' deen is really in danger, have the means and there's no genuine obstacles then yes I want them to move out, or otherwise not.

A penny for your thoughts - Suppose a situation where in west no longer allows Muslims to practise religion, if you don't want them to leave out dar al harb what else could they do to save their deen? Please answer me.
I am Pakistani so are you telling me about my country that there is no Fahashi there?

Certainly there's. But in a different state. I could be more specific here by Fahashi I meant 'zina of the eyes', everything is more open in western countries than in Pakistan.
I always find brothers from West complaining about it specifically in summer even in a lecture Mufti Abdurrahman was advising brothers on how to protect themselves from this fitnah.

Exactly where I wanted you to be in the discussion, Jzk

Darul-Islam vs Darul-Harb Discussions:

This is a concept which was drawn up by Fuqaha during Islamic Caliphate, to lift the concept and apply it to 2016 faces some very serious theological and practical issues as you have described.

India has freedom of religion (in your view) when Muslims are being lynched for suspected of consuming beef and Indian Jails are being filled with Muslim Youth on thin pretence of Terrorism while France doesn’t have freedom of religion (in view of others) because Niqab is banned.

Everyday people go to their local Masjid for Salah in Pakistan and don’t come back because Security agencies pick them up and they disappear. Despicable women take Selfies with Muftees but it has freedom of religion!

Arbitrary designation from you and others with no solid basis or foundation.

Subjective Relativity of Zina?

Then (in your opinion) Zina (of the eyes) has degrees. Qindeel Baloch (in Pakistan) strutting herself with a Mufti is lesser in your mind than an English woman wearing skirt travelling on Tube minding her own business.

Bollywood is a lesser Zina of the eyes than a woman travelling in New York.

Once again, you have come up with (subjective) degrees of zina to suit your opinion and inflict it on others.

Suppose the West...

You keep giving subjective views without a concrete plan despite xs11ax asking you a direct and fundamental question. Many Muslims live hand to mouth and subsist on a Salary, how do expect millions to migrate?

 1. First to where i.e. which country will allow them access with jobs and support
 2. Secondly, who will fund the whole migration process and expenditure?

Emotional rhetoric from both of you Sisters (I Fear Allah, Allah will provide) is good for getting likes on a forum.

Of course Allah will provide but the same Allah tells you to plan and think of the Ummah.

???

If you are willing to concede that Allah Ta’ala has blessed you (logistically and financially) to migrate, Alhumdolillah. If your point is that those whom has blessed (logistically and financially) should migrate I can see your point.

But inflicting your opinion on 3 million Muslims as the moral Guardian without giving the basis of your opinion or providing further answers is a travesty.

Thanks for your insight.

How did I forget that Hindues have made Muslims' lives hell in India - thanks for reminding me! Now more Bad-duas can be made for Hindues from the inmost corners of the heart.
Pakistan is unsafe as well.

So it's proven millions of Muslims are not capable of moving to the safest countries.

But then again my question is, what protective measures could be taken to save our Deen? [I'm not advocating anything it's more of a general question.]

Is it that no any protective measures could be taken to save Islam and Muslims? Or even if we take any it'll turn out to be another blind alley, then we can sit back and watch until the west is fully dominated by islamophobia and Pakistan is fully raze to the ground by Indo-pak border skirmishes and American drone strikes. Nothing ever seems to get better, it seems our state will be no different from Burmese, Palestinian, Syrians ... so on and so forth. So we're born crying, live complaining and die disappointed.
