Corona... lock down.... poor families..... migrants.... Ramazan. I have never witnessed this amount of charity flow in my life. And also the personal service to humanity.

What we are seeing or reporting on media is a micro picture. Selfless brothers did exponentially higher service than what is recorded.

This is my report from India. May Allah SWT reward our brothers around the world.

Bismillah.

The Baby Formula Social Experiment.

An American Woman on tik tok, did a social experiment, she phoned church after church telling them, she was out of money and if they could help her by giving her a can baby formula for her 2 month old baby. She was rejected by multiple churches saying they couldn't help.
And then she phoned the Islamic Center Of Charlotte in North Carolina. They immediately offered to help.

*And furthermore many non-muslims where so moved they started leaving positive reviews on Google for the Islamic centre.
Over 6500, and guess what. Google removed and deleted those reviews.

Sister Sabria, a Malaysian woman, arrived in Montreal Canada in the 1980's.
Seeing the homelessness crisis she started cooking for the homeless from her family kitchen and delivering meals to them circa 1987. To date she has fed hundreds of thousands of people with her team of volunteers.

Sister Sabriah Hussein
Sabariah Binti Hussein, known as Sister Sabria, left Malaysia to settle in Montréal in the 1980s. Originally a specialized educator, she found her true calling in charity work.

Over the past 30 years, Sister Sabria has worked tirelessly to support Montréal’s most vulnerable communities. Whether through preparing more than 700,000 meals for the needy and homeless, founding a women’s shelter, or raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for humanitarian causes, Sister Sabria has had a lasting impact on the lives of many.

In 2017, she founded the Sister Sabria Foundation (SSF) with the goal of implementing long-term solutions to eliminate hunger and support women in distress. Today, SSF has expanded its community outreach and developed itself into a community center focused on wellness and inclusivity.
