Islamic Literature - Need Help!

I was just wondering if anybody knew of any good aswell as authentic books to do with salah, love for Allah , parents, duaas for forgiveness. I've been looking for some of books relating to the above genre, however there are so many and I'm unsure of which authors and authentic and which ones aren't!

Salah Books: Sister shahly has recommended a great book Mashallah, I believe there is a short book by mufti Taqi Usmani..cant memba the name...also taleemul Haq...Good for the basics.

Love for Allah: Love for Allah, by Shaykh Zulfiqar Ahmed (DB), publishers Whitethread press..

My favourite books in this area are on Islah (self-rectfication), spiritual discourses by Mufti Taqi Usmani, theres 3 volumes...go to zamzam(green street, London) they will defo have it in stock as well as the above ones.

I was just wondering if anyone knows any authentic books that have stories with all of the prophets of Allah سبحانه وتعالى .

I was thinking of Qisas un Nabi, however I heard not all the stories were Sahih..?

If it's the Qisasun Nabiyyeen by Shaykh Abu Hasan Ali An-Nadawi then it is Saheeh.

And it's probably a good choice because it highlights the main events leaving very less possibilty for inaccurate details.

I picked up a copy of the book that Al Jannah suggested. It is a marvellous book, and well worth reading, I haven't finished it yet, but so far so good.
