Can a muslim man marry divorced sister-in-law and his first wife still exist and not divorced.
Please refer to question id 1216 in this forum which is responded by Mufti Saifur Rahman Sahib , it is permissble. Please let me know your opinion on this.
A person is not allowed to marry his sister-in-law (wife’s sister) if he is still married to his wife or he divorced his wife and she is in her iddat as it is prohibited to join two sisters in one marriage.
