i am trying to ask a question from mufti but whenever i do , it shows me that "free quota limit full"
does that mean i have to pay for asking a question ?
i have tried another website to get my answer but same problem there it always shows me that limit full !
i am wondering how other people are able to ask questions and i am not !!
