As-salam-u-'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa barakatuh, site admin, Maulana Yasin sahab,
I would really like a feature of a 'instant down' or 'jump button' like the 'back to top' button.
This is because, one may just want to see a reply to his/her post (if in the lower half of the page) or would like to read the posts that are latest rather than scrolling down.
I hope it's is not any trouble.

If logged in, the small icon takes you to latest unread post. Also, the link itself will take you to the latest post. If it's already read then takes you to the latest post.

"Jump to bottom" is not really a common practice. The keyboard "END" key will jump to bottom too (as long as focus is not in a textarea like the quick reply)

Working for me, however, the smaller back to top button in each post, needs to be touched twice, which I think is cool because it can be annoying.

Another issue may be the browser you are using.

PS. ^that doesn't mean suggestions can stop coming in. I always use member suggestions, since day 1

[edit: correction: since before day 1. Even the name was suggested by a student)

This has just been tested again to confirm because it works for me.

As I mentioned, on the default HTC Browser the small black tab works when touched twice, but on "Chrome" it doesn't work at all.
