Those posts have been moved to the debates section as per the decision of Maulana Yasin. The thread has been locked to prevent criticism of fataawa until further clarification has been ascertained from `ulamaa'.

As far as im aware, that section is exclusively for brothers. I could be wrong. [Edit: I am wrong. See sister Taalibah's post]

The debates is for where brothers can continue debates and refutations, as it is not allowed on the main forum. Sometimes stoppinh some debates just makes some sensitive topics to keep resurfacing....hence the debates section allows members to finalize whatever topic at hand.

Yes it is a brother's only section, initially I didn't find it pleasant and it wasn't part of authorizing so I asked to be removed. I would say it's not a good place for sisters, so Its a better that it's a brother's only section.

However all admins and authorizers have access to that section due to reasons of awareness and due to certain topics spilling over to the main forum, I was recently added back on, but mainly leave it for the brothers to deal with, and avoid the section, as It is of no interest to me.

My mistake, I've just been informed it's not a brother's only section, however sisters are not encouraged to join the section due to the nature of disputes and discussions, the main benefit is on the main forum.
