What you should do is 1 of two things:
1: Save it on the computer/smartphone, then from within the post, select ATTACHMENTS on your post (See image below) and then upload it directly to the post using the SELECT FILE (see second image below) Tab. Once uploaded and saved, open the image from the post, the image will open in a new window, copy the url and edit the post again to add the image into the post by manually typing the code or by selecting the image icon.

No it's normal. Those are characters pasted from Microsoft Word. Most have been replaced automatically already such as leaning commas, triple dots, long dashes etc but some characters will still remain which won't show up. The post will need to be updated from the original.
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
