Go into the user control panel the option will be there. Once selected, it cant be changed or accessed, therefore I cant give you exact location.

Assalamua'laikum

I think I confirmed my gender as male. But still its showing unspecified and in usercp also I can't find where exactly it is. I almost checked every link in usercp?

Respected bros! Forum asked me about my gender, when I clicked on male and confirmed it by clicking the confirm button, it replied with:
"Jazakillah sister, this will help maintain modesty on the forums and also enable some dedicated forum features."
That's really funny. I think there must be some problem in programming, you might check it. Jazakallahu khair
