It's been fine, but all of a sudden gone extremely slow, maybe it's Wi-Fi issues, not sure.

Working perfectly fine at normal speeds for me.

We need an independant iPhone user to confirm, it could just be a bug from Apple. A lot of apps have had issues since migrating to iOS7.

Sister Noor ul Islam, have you also upgraded to iOS7?

السلام عليكم

Limit the max width of images posted to 1024 pixels (or less), if the posted image is larger, resize it to the width of less than 1024 pixels. Otherwise the image goes beyond the screen and its difficult to browse that post by scrolling sideways. Eg: www.muftisays.com/forums/27-sharing-portal/7971-karguzari...

Sorry I must ask again, which browser are you using? Only uploaded images can be controlled and resized. Linked images cannot be so the CSS takes care of that on both mobile and browser:

Smaller window (desktop)
awesomescreenshot.com/0271xdlu1d

Larger window:
awesomescreenshot.com/0ce1xdm036

Mobile:
awesomescreenshot.com/0a41xdm270

Sideways scrolling shouldn't occur. Please let me know if it does. We (authorisers) do our best to fix each post for good display.

Yes mashaAllah you are doing a great job with the forums, its hasslefree.

Right now I m using Firefox. I ve attached a screenshot(firefox in fullscreen mode):

You can notice the sideways scrolling in the bottom and the image not fitting inside the screen. What could be the issue?

Jazakallah. Yes it's definitely an issue on Firefox and Opera. There's a workaround which I'll try to implement asap inshaAllah.

Assalamu Alaikum,
brother yasin, a feature request which bugs me alot.
When we come to Islamic forum, we obviously expect to increase our Islamic knowledge. When we post Islamic questions which bothers us, the moderators close the threads, and instead ask to search or post question in QA section which is closed without mentioning the date on which it will open. What i am suggesting is instead of closing the thread let someone post a link to scholar answer available on the internet and help by the way. Closing the thread is increasing in the ignorance. Let people only post scholarly answer and not guess work, that will be helpful. In shaa Allaah.

It will lead to (and always has lead to) posting personal opinions on Fiqh matters so we wish to cut that from its roots. There's sites like islamqa.org/ which will find any answer from a large directory of sites. There's no need for us to do that for the questioners.

To increase knowledge, a person must study. Not log into a forum ask and have it put on a plate :) So that's not the best reason to open up problems and more work on a "public" forum. It just isn't the place for "asking" Fiqh questions

I am not from pak, so don't know about any connection over there, you can try other browsers such as Firefox, even then the problem is not sorted wait till admin or mods gets to you .
