Also, when penalised you can get -25, -50 and -100 depending on what it is. One is to do with "Ignoring Rules" after it's posted and I have noticed that was done a lot. I am not sure what you got that for but I trust it was for the right reason.
Earlier I gave you a 24 ban to give you some time to relax and maybe get fresh air. I have tried to defend you on many threads but you seem very disgruntled. I hope this 1 day break helps you.
