I like being agreed with, it's a good feeling. I like seeing disagree as well so i can address it. I don't like seeing dislike but it makes me think about the post and I probably deserved the dislike. Overall, no big issue.

Giving option not see your own ratings is a great idea. I will implement only if a registered user asks for it.

Lots to consider
I agree with every suggestion so far. Let me discuss with team and we can hopefully sort this soon.

Guest posts are still 50/50, good as well as bad. I will disable it after adding a quick reg option with the reply box. Without this, the register process currently is long.

I really like this suggestion.
Even if it was decided to not make the identity of the "disliker" available, the comment field should be required. Then it can be addressed and any misunderstandings can be cleared up much better than if you're left to guess why your post was "disliked".
