1:If a person repents and tries to be sincere in regard to his duties as a Muslim. Still he finds obstacles on the way to establish his habits just like those who follows Islamic teachings since childhood or such....
The how long will it take to establish his life accordingly??

2:if a person repents at age 20 and starts off worshipng Allah sincerely. It means he will always be 20 years Behind of his friends who are practicing since childhood?
Is there any way to fix or level up urself with good deeds?

I can't give you specific answers as I'm not learned. However I did learn once that in the time of The Prophet (saw), the wealthy would give money in charity and earn loads of rewards which the poor couldn't and felt left behind. The Prophet (saw) told them instead to make/do dhikr and they would attain the reward. If I recall correctly, this dhikr was to be done after Salah with the hand hidden away so no one could tell what was going on.

There are plenty of things like this that can help you earn rewards worth many years of worship. Continue with what you are doing and increase it if and when possible.

One small tine example: Help build a mosque even if it's £1. You shall be rewarded for that continuously until the day of judgement. Can you imagine how many years worth of reward that would be!
