Aasalam Ulaikum warahtumulahi wa'barakatuhu, I'm just wanting to know something. I am being called stinky for the past 2 years and I have no body odour or mouth odour as I have checked with doctors. I have raged built up inside me and I nearly beat another brother up, 1 that was younger and one about the same age as me. How do I avoid this as I get angry really easily and could do harm that I don't intend to do.
Please get back to me asap please.

Wasalam

How old are you?

Sounds nothing but mere banter, why don't you exchange some in return? Usually people do it expecting a negative reaction and when they get it they'll do it more.

Another option is to avoid/ignore/walk away.

Violence isn't necessary for something so little, so please don't resort to it. Laugh it off that'll be better.

Maybe some one is using your short fuse against you. Defeat them by refusing to fall into the trap.

Also for some time avoid Sweets. Add Vitamin C foods, fruits to your meals menu. Drink lot of water.

Read/listen to taleem, fadhail amal, muntakhab ahadeeth, riyadussaliheen. Chapters related to Huqooqul Ibaad.

salaam

train yourself up. i personally would recommend MMA and body weight exercises along with core weight training exercises. train hard. stay dedicated. after about 6 months they will see a change in you and inshallah will back off themselves. there will be no need to fight them.

1: Tell all this to their parents
2: Tell all this to your elders as well
3: Talk to these guys calmly and ask them why they do so
4: Discuss this issue with your best friends
5: Keep patience

Sorry I didn't get message from OP. I agree with @arfatzafar. OP can forgive them but shouldn't allow those guys to continue to tease him.
