As much as the thought of having all new questions answered within 2-3 days, unfortunately the piling questions has not made the task any easier. I am sure everyone understands that the 'Ulamaa have many duties during the day with this service being added for the pleasure of Allah.
This message is a reply to many previous posts and emails in which visitors have rightfully asked for an approximate time of when the question might be answered. I sincerely hope that all questions are answered as soon as possible.
Please note that the questions are answered in order or sent date. Sometimes an answer requires further checking which delays the answering time heavily. Some questions are answered but requires approval so they are moved to the pending section. Once answered and approved, the question is then put online. An email will not be sent to anyone who has posted the question as tracking this would be very difficult.
In conclusion, some answers can take a few hours and some can take weeks or months. There are hundreds of questions waiting and the Ulamaa are trying their best. The best we can do is pray Allah 
blesses their time so more can benefit from their teachings.
However, every few days, an email is sent to subscribers who have subscribed (not registered members) with the recent updates and answers listed as titles. The subscription emails will list recent answered questions.
