Update from last month before I was away for a bit:

Ratings will not show unless there's 3 or more positive. Same with negative, they won't show unless there's 4 or more.

Anyone with a negative rating cannot rate any post at all. Anyone with a negative rating is considered a nuisance so many privileges will be revoked.

On a side note, guests posts were disabled everywhere except for the help section in case someone has login issues.
