if that was the case, why can't they put a stop to the publication of this filth.

The government has the power to stop freedom of speech, so why don't they enforce it?

Because when it's done to Muslims, its considered a form of free speech but when its done against others it's hate speech, anti semetic and bigoted and a form of inciting racial hatred.

Even according to their so called standards, their hypocrisy is palatable....

This is not a good idea. Surely the British government should not allow it. They can stop it like they can stop the royal family from getting tarnished in scandals.

Oh, silly me. The Prime minister of UK is busy watching garbage and false propaganda over on Fox news, so how could he take action?

Well there is a part of me that wants to respond innercity style, to this nonsense of absolute freedom of speech. I was planning to gather all the names of all the Islamaphobe journalists in the British Media, and the politicians . Write personalised no holds barred letters filled with vulgarity to each one as a Social experiment , Signed of with "Dont Blame me Blame Charlie, Freedom of Speech is Absolute." Would be interesting to see how this Bigotry filled bufoons feel about absolute freedom of speech when they are on the receiving end.

But of course decided that such letters would be highly inappropiate for a muslim to be writing need to hold ourselves to a higher standard.

Important Annoucement - BOYCOTT FRENCH GOODS

The surviving staff from Charlie Hebdo have decided to depict a cartoon of the Prophet Muhammad [saw] again on their front cover and due to print a million copies for sale (with financial support from 'Le Monde' Newspaper and others).

The French Governement are fully supportive of these blatant racist and fascist actions. Jews have a red-line when it comes to mocking the Holocaust, Black people have a red line when it comes to being depicted as monkeys - Muslims have a red-line when it comes to insluting the Prophet Muhammad [saw].

Hence - A World Wide Boycott of French goods - in order that they feel the finaincial pain just like the Danish did when they published similar cartoons.

A List of some French companies to boycott:

1) TOTAL Petrol Stations

2) Peugeot Cars

3) L'oreal Beauty Products

4) Renault Cars

5) AXA Financial Group

A promise from Allaah: He تعالى will suffice His Prophet against the mockers:

﴿إِنَّا كَفَيْنَاكَ الْمُسْتَهْزِئِينَ﴾

Truly! We will suffice you against the scoffers.

[Surah al-Hijr (15): 95]

Shaikh al-Sa`dee رحمه الله said:

“Meaning: (Allaah is sufficient) for you (O Muhammad) and what you came with. And this is a promise from Allaah تعالى to His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم – that the mockers will not be able to harm him (or cause any damage to his reputation), and that Allaah تعالى will suffice him صلى الله عليه وسلم against the mockers by inflicting them with any punishment as He تعالى Wills. And He تعالى has already done this (in the past); verily, no one showed up, mocking the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and what he came with, except that Allaah تعالى destroyed him and gave him a violent (or a painful) death.”

This is a forward I received from a reliable source, but unable to confirm it's authenticity, as I do not know of the Mufti sahib who has written this.....nevertheless, well written...

Allah raised the status of the Prophet Muhammad and sanctified his secret and remembrance with such dignity and honor that it is impossible for anyone let alone Charlie Hebdo to depict him or resemble him in a portrait or a cartoon. This is one of the wisdoms behind the impermissibility of Tasweer (pictures) in Islam. There is not a single picture of the Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu Alayhi wa Sallam) for them to depict, resemble or imitate.
If someone claims to depict Will Smith in a cartoon and ends up drawing a picture that imitates Mr Obama then the laugh's on him. The cartoonist has failed and made an embarrassing error.
He has no idea that he has drawn a cartoon which has absolutely no resemblance at all to the Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu Alayhi wa Sallam). Not even a pin point of it is anywhere near a resemblance. It is a stupid and embarrassing mistake and the laugh's on him.
He has drawn his own image from his imagination and the Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu Alayhi wa Sallam) is beyond his imagination.
All thanks to Allah that those who take pictures can be mocked and insulted for example by people walking on their pictures that are thrown on the floor but Allah has protected our Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu Alayhi wa Sallam) from all this as there is no picture that can imitate his eminence.
Even Shaytaan cannot imitate the Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu Alayhi wa Sallam) never mind Charlie Chaplin
