Do you always answer a question with a question? My 2 questions are written in very clear English and don't put words in my mouth and ask me to explain someone else's post.

By the way I have gone in Jamaat and also dealt with Bidatees, Salafees, Jamaat-e-Islami and Gair-Muqallids during my Chilli numerous times...

ok...

So in addition to being a dynamic Mujtahid you also get Ilhaam from Allah (SWT) to know what I agree or disagree with? Here are the simple questions to you:

  1. In your heart and mind does Hidayah (guidance) comes from Allah (SWT) by following the Sunnah or by adopting most suitable tactics?
  2. Which Scholars have authorised your dynamic Ijtehaad?

The solution is simple and straight forward.

Did Nabi Ibrahim (alayh al-salam) indulge in idolatry when his entire community was involved in such? Instead, he was a zealot, and destroyed the idols!

Did Nabi Musa (alayh al-salam) permit his nation to worship the gold calf? He should not have been a zealot and allowed his near and dear ones to worship the golden calf!

Did Nabi Lut (alayh al-salam) indulge in the heinous crimes of his nation? Instead he was a zealot and made du'a and the three young men (angels) were sent with news of the destruction of his people!

When 'Ambiya where made to go through such sever and difficult hardship by their own people why did they become zealots instead of making dynamic ijtihad and condoning the evil of their people to bring them closer to Deen?

Remember, even Nabi (alayh al-salam) was made the offer by the Kuffar of Makkah: worship our Gods for a year and we will worship your God for a year. Why did Nabi (alayh al-salam) not accept this, and be lenient? Instead, Nabi (alayh al-salam) was a zealot and the revelation came from above. He (alayh al-salam) was boycotted, banished and waged war against - strange that He (alayh al-salam) did not see the need of dynamic ijithad.

Now the question is: where do you get justification for this so-called ijithad? Is there any precedence for this in the Shari'ah or even the madhhab of Imam A'zam?

If this ijtihad does have precedence then who is illegible to perform it, under what circumstances, is the fiqh of this ijithad documented??

As a youngster I invited Shaykh (Maulana) Saleem Bahauddin (HA) [Khaleefa of Shaykh (Maulana) Abrarul-Haq Hardoi (RA)] to my house in America. When Hazrat (HA) arrrived it was time for Ghusht so I explained the situation so he also wanted to go on Ghusht and we proceeded to the Masjid.

In Mushwara it was decided that Hazrat (HA) will remain in Dhik'r while we went out for Ghasht.

We got delayed while talking and missed the 1st Rakaat, then I gave the Bayan.

On the way back in the car Hazrat (HA) enquired, "I saw you completing the Salah at the end what happened"?

I said, "Well I was giving Dawat to someone so wanted to finish the talk and make Tashkeel and thought that I can join in Maghrib later?"

Hazrat (HA) just said, "If we miss our Takbeer-e-Oola ourselves which Deen are we inviting others to"?

Maulana Ahmed Raza Khan Barelwee was very close to my family so I have seen much more bId'ah up close and personal so you don't need to worry about what I have seen or not seen.

The questions for you are these two:

  1. Do you consider yourself to be a Mujtahid?
  2. OR do you refer your queries to Ulama

If 2 is the answer which Ulama have authorised your actions?

Wow! Is that your dynamic ijtihad on this thread? Surprised that it took that long to come to a conclusion...after all it should be dynamic!

Editing posts is not exactly fair. Please think before you post.

@ahamed_sharif, We can edit posts by all means, but please keep in mind the rules and remember that every other reply will look like they are talking to a brickwall.

You may be able to edit your posts, but there is only one way to edit actions, and that is by seeking forgiveness from Allah and not stressing "I WILL DO IT AGAIN"

Think before you act as the results can be a killer, here's an example from another thread.

No its not a typo above, but what if....
