TJ's only visit unguided people?

TJs visit is for two purposes. One is transaction of good qualities from people who posses these good qualities, duas from elders. Then the second is to reach to people who are in shirk, bida'a, far from faraidh etc and give dawah.

You may have to wait a long time brother.

Whilst you are waiting, I think you can easily answer Ali's question. Personally, I don't understand your question :(

I think this thread has run its course.

What benefit has it been for the members here beside learning about dynamic ijtihad?

The respected brother has refused to engage intellectually or academically. Requests for him to provide answers have fallen on deaf ears (or blind eyes). Instead the same two options have been repeated. If these posts do not constitute trolling then it sure comes close to trolling.

I request the respected brother to go back and ponder on the issues raised by the various members here, to re-read, to apply his mind and to ask his elders and 'ulama and then to come back with his conclusion.

Further, the way this discussion is evolving is not going to lead to much fruition.

Shukran

Let me add to this post on reply to brother @abu mohammed
Quote:

Regarding guidance for my approach:

I took guidance from a famous Ahle-karamah personality who was source for hidayah of thousands of Indian muslim families. He is no more. May Allah SWT shower his rahmah on his grave. Gujarati brothers know him. Wallah! I shall not disclose his name.

The addition is; many famous mashaykh have told about this ahle-karamath that "we learnt tawheed and sunnah from this personality while in jamath under his leadership"

I am not clear; what is the rule; the person from whom you take guidance shall accompany you?

No, what I'm asking is that you mentioned that you had to do it so not to break the heart of someone that was close and dear to you. Did this person accompany you to the grave?

Yes or No?

I re-read your post about the Ahle Karamath "person". I am perturbed 'cause this is now beginning to sound like Imami Shi'ism who base half their religion on some hidden person of the cave!

Our Shari'ah is clear. We are quick to gun down Barelwis for their Bid'ah and the Ghayr Muqallids for their fiqh "based on desires" but you are unable to present any references from any Shar'i source for your "ijtihad" besides some unknown hidden person of Karamah!

Realise how ridiculous this is!

Yes, the person was there with me. I don't know what a chadar is and where to place a chadar, where to buy a chadar etc.

My query remains pending. Were you in a kind of a situation where you had to stay in a masjid for few days. The count didn't grow yet. Suggestions and sermons are coming from galleries only.
