I read your posts in your topic ''Mujtahid mutlaq and mujtahid fil mazhab''.

Very interesting!

I think your a highly knowledgeable person and I wish to get some knowledge from you.

Perhaps you've studied this issue thoroughly so plz let me know the answers of following Qs.

1: What are the usool of A'imma e Mujtahidin rh.a concerning Kulliyat and Qawa'id in ijtihad e mutlaq.

2: What're their usool in Juzuiyat and furuiyat in ijtihad e mutlaq

3: What are the usool of Salafis in both the above issues?

4: Who are mujtahidin amongst salafis?

Please maintain respect for each other and Ulamaa (if topic is about a scholar) by avoiding accusations and slanderous comments. Also remember that in order for criticism to be constructive, it must be channeled in the right direction. If there is any doubt in a matter, it is better to ask, clarify or to remain silent rather than to speak ill of another person.

These arent usul. This is the modus operandi only. Usul is totally a different issue.

Perhaps your missing important aspect of the issue.

O.K. I remind you brother.

Following is one of the usul in furu'iyat and juzuiyat:

As'habur ra'e: khabare musbit is preferable

as'habe hadis: khabare naafi is preferable.

I hope you've grasped it as Your a highly knowledgeable person. Arent you?

I think Copying and pasting theory isnt the proof of knowledge, rather getting the knowledge from noble ulama makes us knowledgeable. I hope you'll agree with this layman.

Sorry for going off topic, but mrg503, do you consider yourself bigger in knowledge than the likes of Abdullah ibn Mubarak?, Ahmed ibn Hanbal? Yahaya ibn Maeen and so on. If so, or you if you know of scholars bigger than them today, then you have an argument. If you don't or aren't, then you obviously want to follow those with diluted learning or you believe these Salaf lacked in knowledge.

The fact that the tops scholars praise the schools of thought is sufficient for us to know that we are on the truth. It's a solid method and accepted for over 1000 years. We feel safe and content with what the Salaf have said, so anything new you find potentially means that you are bigger and better. All you are here for is to create fitnah, nothing more, nothing less.

No brother, mods arent biased. When you go off the topic, they warn you.

The topic which you've started is related to those Qs which I've put before you. You want to discuss- '' mujtahid mutlaq and mujtahid fil mazhab''.

How the level of their ijtihad can be understood without discussing their usul and their research. This is the reason I asked these Qs to you to move on. But unfortunately, you don't understand your own topic.

First, we've to understand what were the usul of A'imma e arba rh.a.

Then we've to discuss usul of Sahibain rh.a when they differed from their shaykh, not only in juzuiyat and furuiyat but also in kulliyyat in exceptional cases.

I assure you it's really a very tough issue.

I'm in touch with 2 ulama to learn this issue. Their explanation is going over my head, I'm gradually trying to learn something new.

This deen is very precious. Plz don't make it a toy to play with by just copying and pasting.

Be humble in taking the knowledge and make your akihrah better.

Who phrases statements like this? If someone cares then it's not voluntary. Something which is involuntary cannot be requested to be switched off. Caring is an emotion and emotions are not choices. Only circumstances and time can change emotions, not a decision.

Are you typing this to yourself? I can't tell because the OP has 4 question which you couldn't/didn't answer. Who in the world asks the questioner to answer questions as an answer?

Actually this is the 1st page, not 3rd and you definitely haven't answered anything. But that's expected. We're all too familiar with this.
