I don't mean to disrespect the Molvi sahab, who wrote the Fatwa in the OP, or Hadhrat Mufti Ebrahim Desai sahab (hafizahullah), but the Fatwa reads to me like a lot of tweaking to produce the wanted outcome and I am assuming if the question was posed a little different a much clearer response would've been given. Wallahu 'Alam.
