Does this mean he was the most beautiful human being of all more so than our Prophet (SAW)? Or did the Prophet (SAW) exclude himself?

How can Aisha (RA) know when she hasn't seen Prophet Yousuf (AS)? I think you're referring to the narration where she says if people saw the Prophet (SAW) in full then women would've cut off their hearts out or something.

It was our Prophet salAllahu 'alayhi wasallam who described Prophet Yusuf alayhis salam as such. Thus only someone possessing a greater perception of beauty can quantify another as having a certain portion of it, for he salAllahu 'alayhi wasallam was given all of beauty.

This is how I have heard it explained from one 'Aalim.

A beautiful couplet by Hazrat Maulana Abdur Rahman Jami رحمة الله عليه says it all..

حسن یوسف ، دم عیسی ، ید بیضا داری
آنچه خوبان همه دارند ، تو تنها داری

Husn e Yousuf..dam e isa..Yad e baizadari..
Aanch e khooban Hamadarand tu tanha daari..

You posses the beauty of Yousuf (as), the breath of Isa (as), and the bright hand*
Whatever good attributes the greats all have, you alone posses ..



* of Hazrat Musa (Alaihis salam)
