Api, I hope we all are learning from this thread as I hope Brother OP would, Insha Allah, provide answers from the Ulama. This thread shouldn't be locked or moved to debate section (As I don't have access to that section).

That is not fair brother. It has been clarified that such things are not dependent on a shaykh. MashaAllah, there are non-ulema non-tassawwuf shaykhs who experience such things... InshaAllah no need to get spooked out... InshaAllah, perhaps through better understanding, things we've experienced will open up to us.

then why you don't wanna get into this subject? Why does it confuse you?
Because I'm not qualified to comprehend the information. Nor am I intellectual enough.
Why do threads get derailed?

This is when unqualified people believe they have a PhD in the subject.

THAT^ is why the works must be of the known, reputable and respected Ulama.

Dr76 is presenting the works of Ulama, otherwise it wouldn't be allowed.

Yes we agree on those things without a doubt.

With all due respect to you and the respectable Ulema for now I disagree with what you have posted as for me it's insufficient evidence as it don't really explain or prove nothing, you've just chosen to agree with it that's all, and to simply attribute it to the figment of imagination is a joke in itself , the word imagination make me uneasy especially when attributed to the Prophet (saw) I hope you understand my concern here and where I'm coming from.

You say :
If they are Mut'tabi sunnat people then we accept .. if not reject.. simple

Yes that's true and this is also the statement of ibn Tamiyyah rahimullah. However my brother there's another problem here not every Shaikh has a connection to Allah and his Rasool (saw) many will take you through the spiritual refinement exercises and to be honest that's how far as it gets and I'm
sure youll agree with me here. A lot of Arab Sufis of the past believed in Milad were they deviants ? To some their might be leniency in regards to them and to some they'll be outright biddati's. An example Imam Ghazzali himself was rejected for a long with many others in their own time. Weren't they on the Quran and Sunnah ? In face Imam Ghazzali rahimullah wasn't really appreciated until years later where as even his books were rejected and burnt. Look at Ibn Arabi rahimullah, was he also not on Quran and Sunnah ? Even though many have done takfeer on him.

So yes I agree with the statement mut'tabi Sunnah, but this according to everyone's own individual biasness.

I shall forward the question to Hazrat Maulana Abdul Hafeez sahab Makki (db) and if possible someone can contact Hazrat Mufti Ebrahim Desai sahab (db) for the same

Please do so and the replies will be greatly appreciated.

Walahu'Alam

Thread locked. We can't keep up with the amount of reports and I'm unaware of what's being reported. Please use your blogs. This is not suitable for discussion. Even if works of Ulamaa is posted, there's always going to be input and arguments on such topics. Until the update when more options will be available, please hold off for now
