I really don't think they do. If you suspect it then please report it. Why complain without a solution? The solution I'm giving you. Report it please. There is no benefit in continuously mentioning this if the replies and solutions are simply ignored as if I am ignoring them.

Quote:
dip in and out as Guest Accounts
This can also be checked. I myself have posted as a guest from other locations or to make a point not suitable as an admin but never as an attack. If you feel this is done then it's very quick to report it and even quicker for me to check if it's a member or not. And if the post is negative, it will be removed. I find removing guest posts much easier than member posts. I'm not really sure why but I'm hoping it's understandable.

Quote:
accuse me or lying and slander while clearly doing this to you and Abu Muhammad and getting away it.

If a post breaks rules, it's removed regardless of who it is. Besides you can't compare the two situations. If it's personally against myself or an authoriser it's not removed. Just like your above post is being responded to and not simply reported. Now if this same post was about a specific member instead of me or the site then it'd be reported. How can you expect me to caution someone when it's against me? Do I not have the right to respond and keep the site's best interest at heart only and not put personal feelings before the site? Whereas against another member is inciting feud as neither member hold a position of authority on the site to resolve a matter and it's simply escalate.

Do you realise that stating this again and again without acting on my suggestion of solution falls very close to attributing double standards towards the forum and namely myself?

Abu mohammed has also taken a beating on the site but he's never reported a single post. The reasons are the same.
Sunniforum was destroyed due to these incredibly biased, hate-filled, poison spweing extremists and it is beginning to show on this forum and if not arrested you will have serious problems!

I will have to refer you to previous posts where I've addressed this more than once
The point is not whether you and Abu Muhammad agree with it or not but the point is uniform application of rules.

If true, please simply:
1. Post the link
2. State the mismanagement or double standard on applying rules
3. Post the link to the post where two different actions were taken for the exact same issue resulting in the lack of uniform application of rules

Gettint back to the topic:

Muadh Khan said:

I understand that you disagree with me and that's your right but I don't think that you have the right to misquote me. You asked me for daleel for "Waajib" and I gave you two references clearly outlined:

Bayanul-Qur'aan where in it is clearly written to be "necessary"

Then I told you to look up at the commentary of Imam Sha'rani (RA)'s book where "Waajib" is mentioned specifically as that word
*****

My queries are very simple in plain english:

1) Can you please post the relevant section of bayaan ul quran where it is clearly written to be "waajib".

2) The imam Sha'rani ra you mentioned is he the famous Shaikh Abdul Wahhab Sha'rani RA who was a shafi? If yes then is it a daleel for hanafi madhab?

IF you fail to answer these simple questions then I will be forced to consider you a bidati because you are blatantly stating a mubah/mustahab to be wajib.

I am not prying into your personal life neither I am forcing my view on you nor slandering/accusing you even remotely. You made a statement about a matter of deen I need an answer. Its as simple as it gets and as relevant to the topic as it gets.

I request Maulana Yasin to please request on my behalf to Muadh Khan to atleast provide us with the daleel of wujoob of an act he claims to be wajib.

Let me try this again...

I have done this already and you asked for the thread to be closed.

I am willing to engage in this topic all over again and in detail PROVIDED that you agree to the same right (of mine upon you) and commit to answering all the questions posed to you with the same details and scrutiny.

If you disagree then please state Shariah reasons as to why I am under obligation to answer your queries but you are not?

This is a repeated request from a brother who requested to have the thread closed and has now decided to open in all over again.

I requested the thread to be closed not hidden.

The thread was specifically created to analyse your statement of wujoob and we will discuss your statement in this thread. Why are you bringing in other topics and subjects. You as a layman are under obligation according to shariah (Maulana can confirm) to provide the daleel to your statement regarding an act in deen. Since the statement was made on this forum the daleel has to be given on this forum.

I do not wish the thread to be open nor have I requested as such and neither decided. This thread was made by abu muhammad himself.

Agree, lets please stick to the topic and leave this thread specifically for one cause, "Protecting one's honour"

Other issues can be dealt with privately via PM, on other threads or on the blogs.

This post has been reported. It could be due to breaking rules or something as simple as bad use of bbcodes which breaks the page format. We will attend to this soon.

Quote of maria al qibtiya

Respected Brother Muadh_Khan:Brother Akaabir says that you said it's Wajib to protect one's honour.
If what he's saying is correct, then I want to ask you: Could any explanation be given as to why it's Wajib and which ulama say this. It'd be interesting to know.

Not acting upon a wajib act is sinful.

*****

Still waiting for the reference to bayan ul quran where it says that it is wajib to protect ones honour, after complying to all rules.
