Mobile or Computer?

Android or iOS?

The newer updates for android no longer support flash player, therefore you will be prompted to open it youtube itself. iOS never have supported flash player, so again it would open directly in youtube.

If PC, then check your settings as Muadh has suggested.

On PC (Firefox), it works correctly. I can see the play button showing up on Firefox.

Does anyone know how to get it working correctly on Google Chrome? That's the browser I regularly use.
