Remember sister we rely only upon Allah and know and understand that everything happens according to His will. The companions knew this better than us, but they would still tie the camels with a rope so they wouldn't run away. They did their part as well as had faith in Allah.

Take the advise of the doctors as well as a Mufti so you have satisfaction of doing the correct thing with regards to your health and Imaan.

Assalamu alaikum.... I did istikhara after the mashwaras here and after that felt strongly to go ahead. Alhamdulillah im 15 weeks now and bp is stabl uptil now unlike my last preg. But I stil know the probablity of situations worsenin stil remains. Was admittd last week with a new peoblem of low amniotic fluid arnd the baby ( mashallah yet the baby is doing fyn) and veryyyyy high puls rate abt 129... drs hav asked me to monitor my temp n puls and if one of the two or both remains consistently high then even.of the baby is doing fyn they wil hav to terminate :( ... but despite all this alhamdulillah my heart says allah wil help me. Inshallah. Thats the update til now .

umm e abdullah, do sulah rehmi with your near and dear ones, with your relatives and friends, if there's anyone who you are not on talking terms, seek them out, start talking to them once more, easy way to do this is to have a daawat and call everyone home, continue doing sulah rehmi with people you may have hurt or who may hurt you - this will lead to long life (this fix is from hadith).

in any difficult situation, search if there's any hukm of Allah ta'ala or sunnah of Rasulullah (sallallaahu wa alaihi wa sallam) has been broken or ignored,

there is shifa (cure) in namaaz, if there's no cure, then it means you are not praying properly (of-course death is inevitable), so perfect your namaaz obviously pray 5 times.

there is shifa in sadaqah, so give sadaqah.

dua is the biggest weapon of the believer, so do minimum dua of half an hour each day (my opinion), go to pg 48 of part 3 of hayatus sahabah and read the dua of hadrath Abdullah bin Masood رضي الله عنه given under 'the incident of hadrath Abdullah bin Masood and his wife'.

Rasulullah (sallallaahu wa alaihi wa sallam) has said there's cure for every disease in blackseed, so seek a reputable hakeem, and tell him your problems.

you have weakness in your body, there are hadith's which say zikrullah grants the body + mind strength, so keep your lips moist with the remembrance of Allah ta'ala.

key to the treasures of Allah ta'ala is being the key (chaabi) of everything good and being a lock (taala) of everything bad, so you badly need shifa and strength of body from those treasures, so make sure you don't do anything that Allah ta'ala & Rasulullah (sallallaahu wa alaihi wa sallam) dont' approve ( a hadith regarding this has been recorded in muntakhab)

ask your father to do dua for you - for a dua of the father reaches the arsh without any blockages in-between (mafhoom of hadith)

additionally, i remember reading something about pregnant women in five minute madrasah, so go and read the index given in the back of the book.

also, if its possible to travel to a different place, then travel.

all these will work - no chances of them going not working.

so make dua for this sinner, that Allah ta'ala the Raheem forgives my past, present and future, big, small sins....aameen.

concentrate on sulah rehmi..

There are a few things the sister has mentioned about her past and how she became a Muslim together with the issues with her family etc, so I guess there will be so much the sister wont be able to do, but may Allah make it easy for her and the family.
