السلام عليكم

What can be done when shaytan has blinded u..

Yes indeed.. thanks for reminding.. I wonder why some people bring dishonor to their very creed.. pretend to be Imam Shamils of the time.. slander Muslim women when they are involved in a discussion on a public forum .. and then invade their very privacy ..sneering into their personal lives .. Creating rifts in happily married couples.. wonder what kind of Mujahida is that..

[quote="sufi"]How shaytaan deceives these buzurgs through dreams is aother story
.

I would certainly like to hear ur story..

[quote="sufi"]They claim that rasoolullah came and told them to do this and that. I have a doubt its not rasoolullah sallAllahu alaihi wasallam and inshaAllah i will prove it. These dreams are accepted at face value without even asking any details.inshaAllah ill post what sahaba and ibn e sireen and some ulama said about someone who claimed to see rasoolullah sallAllahu alaihi wasallam in dreams.

Ah so nice of u.. someone claimed such a dream not so long ago.. and crowned himself as the Millennium's reviver of Ta'addud .. in anticipation of ur valuable post..

wa Assalam..

You and sir maripat remind me of the batil peer i exposed not so long ago. Same tactics same tone same verdicts same mindset :-)

Same saying shaytan has taken over you, shaytan has blinded you.

ألا في الفتنة سقطوا.....

But i appreciate one thing, you dont hide what's inside your heart وكل وعاء يفوح بما فيه

Jazakallah khair for taking the time to make such a beautiful post, hazraat!

Jazakallah no hard feelings, all cool. Abu muhammad, so let me ask them something without getting personal. Let them answer,

Why would shaytan come and tell a person to work on ta'addud azwaaj? So that the person gets the ajr of 100 shaheeds? So that he may be counted in the ghuraba? Why?
And why won't shaytan come and stop someone from going into jihad? Why won't he come and tell people this is not jihad, u shud no go... etc

So whats the criteria?

Long time Maulana, I do actually agree with you on many things you say but lets not negate the fact that their are still good ones out there too. Plus we all know the ahadith about the abidals of Shaam.

However I'm interested in what you've mentioned about dreams and it not being Rasoolalah (saw)

I've made a thread as your still a guess so lets continue it there...

Dear Guest,...Deen is Naseeha (Good advise).

All is ok as long as people like ME and YOU know our limitations ( as you very honestly refer masail to Uluma as you mentioned in your post). There may be things where you can help another Muslim brother with naseeha...and there are things where you may like to guide them to the properly qualified person if needed.

One thing must be kept in mind though.Sometimes our NAFS gets carried away with the feeling of importance given by others (Rightly or wrongly)...so caution is required.

Hakim ul ummat Thanvi ra writes a story in one of his books.A person had a very lousy old horse and he wanted to get rid of it.He hired a person known for his skills in selling things (a sort of agent). The agent spoke so high of the poor horse in the marke ( like this horse belongs to the progeny of horses serving in the lashkar of Mughal kings,it's speed is tremendous,it's training enormous etc) that the owner himself got impressed and innocently asked the agent : why on earth are we selling such a noble horse ?

Such is the situation of our own nafs, although we fully well know our capabilities,we are still carried away by the blessings showered by others.

As long as you keep the above story in mind you will be safe,inshaAllah...!

That was a wonderful post. It is applicable to the whole ummah. What the Prophet (saw) did and what we do. Huge gap.

But there isn't much out there that is related to Deen nowadays. Most of you here, seem to come from practicing families and surrounded by ulema, madrassas and buzurgs. But this isn't the case for most of the other Muslims. So as mentioned before, we should drink from all the fountains WITHOUT cult mentality.

To be frank for a person like me, who is having a really hard time doing the fardh ain and tempted by all the haram things out there, the discussion that 'if naqshbandi tariqa is the most closest to sunnah' is unimportant. But, it does help reading such topics. In sf, I used to read all threads, because even if its an obscure topic of deen, its better to spend time reading about it than the other things that dunya has to offer. As long as these topics doesn't become an obsession and take you away from deen its good for people like me.

The issue is none of us are looking at the big picture. Basically the aim is to please Allah Ta'ala. There are many ways to do it.
People do not realize 2 things:
1. All these 'ways' can overlap
2. Tabligh and tariqa are not the only 'ways'.

But these are indeed great ways to get back to Islam. And it is highly recommended to attach to such well rooted organisations.

P.s In the end we are all brothers, no need for this mudslinging contest thats going on in this page.

Shaitan may or may not come to do that. Nafs would certainly try for some glory.
You are under its grip. You did try to slander pious believing women and wasted your good deeds. And any more pain you inflict upon Muslims will only be a for the expiation of their sins. Unless you repent very sincerely.

And for the record I do not believe any of your Jihad rhetoric. I do not find you genuine.

On Ta'addud you can still thank me. I supported you by ignoring your vicarious pleasure - I was hiding the sins of a fellow Muslim. After your later activities I'll hand you over to militant Muslimahs if you open your mouth about Ta'addud.

For those brothers and sisters who might be worried about my tough stand I would like to add that the element of vicarious pleasure that ran through his Ta'addud thread introduces an element of lack of modesty and hence makes it makrooh. He forfeited the benefit of doubt (Husn-ad-Dhunn) after his wordings of the question in the Fatwah he sought.

And no you are not included amongst Ghurabah - you are completely entrenched in your Nafs and you have not made a Hijrah at all. Even your stay at Madinah is being used to entice people to request you to make supplications in the presence of Rasoolallah (SAW).

I'll assume that this not Sufi again making this comment.
That is my Husn-ad-Dhunn.

Akhi I give very long rope. I can dig out examples where I have gone to extreme lengths to give people benefit of doubt.

But then the line has to be drawn somewhere. Sufi has crossed the line in a serious breach.

Hitting below the belt is taken in poor taste.
If you hit some one, a man, between the legs then it is squarely unfair.

Then there is even more serious breach of trust.
To attribute indecent intentions to women.
Sufi is guilty of that.

As I said above - I am ready to give him a chance to apologize.
At Hafiz Sulaiman Sahab's request I had forgiven brother UserInvalid - the other accomplish of Sufi.

Brother please remember that this life is a test and it is not over till we are in this world. Even after it was declared that Allah (SWT) is pleased with Sahaba (RA) two significant battles took place : Jamal and Siffeen. There test was not over.

In summary enemies of Islam and Muslims have to dealt with in a strict manner - be they internal or external.

I do understand that some sights may not be pleasant to some people. For example if the hand of a thief is being chopped in my presence then I certainly will faint. But I got to be present at the site as my Islamic duty.

Lord Most High willing people like Sufi will think twice before giving a shabby treatment to believing Muslimahs. Or even other women.
