W-Salam,
I have been noticing some very strange claims in your questions and I am unsure which Scholars you consult? I would like to know as to who advised you of the following two Mas'ail:
We are not discussing appropriate/inappropriate or better/not better but your wordings in your questions has been pretty specific.
Jazkallahu Khayran

W-Salam,
Ameen.
Interaction with Ghair-Mehram women should be severely curtailed, restricted and controlled, however it DOES NOT make your income Haram as these are two separate issues altogether. At work you should focus on professional matters and work issues and discharge your duties to the utmost of your availability and make Astaghfaar on your shortcomings.
If you work in Pakistan or Middle East (barring non-professional work in Saudia) you will be dealing with women at shopping centres, colleges, universities and work and the work environment is no different i.e. women dress up, do makeup and flirt etc
In UK in Masajid, universities, Islamic socities even practising Muslims (unfortunately) flirt so being a Hijabi or a man with Beard is no guarentee to escape from this menace!
Now coming to your specific scenarios:
Jazakallahu Khayran

The reason I have said this 3 times is because knowing people; somebody will send an email, text or WhatsApp saying that "Muadh Khan" advises new Muslims to interact with Ghair-Mehram women and for men/women to pray in the same room therefor:
:P

This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
Please wait...
