Brother Umar is the BIGGEST DEOBANDI I have ever known in my life so his intentions and Manhaj shouldn't be questioned but I am pretty sure that people will now KICK HIM OFF the Manhaj because he has dared to critically analyze Deobandees.

You are right, but from what we know and all agree upon, a Faqih is far superior than a Muhaddith.

See my posts in the Taqleed and Salaf sections.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not speaking ill of Shaykh Albani (rh). May Allah reward him for his contribution and forgive him of his errors.
